  • Patent number: 11948820
Abstract: The present invention provides a latching guide structure arranged inside a door of semiconductor carrier. The latching guide structure comprises an upper latching part, a lower latching part, at least one elastic unit and a driver. Moreover, a first guiding portion of the upper latching part is matched with a second guiding portion of the lower latching part, therefore to define the installation space for the at least one elastic unit. On the other hand, the driver simultaneously actuates an upper actuating unit of the first guiding portion and a lower actuating unit of the second guiding portion to linearly move in reverse direction therebetween. The range of the linear motion of the upper actuating unit and the lower actuating unit represents the compression or extension of the at least one elastic unit, determining to control the open/close status of the upper latching part and the lower latching part.

  • Patent number: 11775092
Abstract: A pointing stick assembly includes: a head having a top surface configured to interface with a finger; a shaft connected to the head, wherein the shaft configured to be moved downward based on a finger pressing down on the head and to be tilted based on a finger tilting the head; a first sensor layer comprising a receiver electrode and a transmitter electrode; a second sensor layer comprising a transmitter electrode; and a third sensor layer comprising a plurality of receiver electrodes. The first sensor layer is configured for detection of presence of a finger based on a change in capacitance between the receiver electrode and the transmitter electrode of the first sensor layer caused by the presence of the finger on the top surface of the head.

  • Publication number: 20070218213
Abstract: A method of manufacturing liquid crystal alignment film includes performing an ion implantation process after providing a layer of organic or inorganic material on a substrate for performing an alignment treatment on the layer of organic or inorganic material is provided. Since the alignment treatment is a kind of non-contact method, it can lower the probability of damaging the organic alignment film and prevent generating powders and particles. Furthermore, the layer of inorganic material is formed on the substrate prior to the alignment treatment, so the inorganic material layer can be patterned before the alignment treatment.

  • Publication number: 20070052909
Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The method of fabricating the liquid crystal display panel includes providing an active device array substrate and an opposite substrate. A common voltage input circuit is disposed on the active device array substrate and a common electrode layer is disposed on the opposite substrate. Then, a plurality of conductive posts are formed on the common voltage input circuit or the common electrode layer. Thereafter, a sealant and a liquid crystal layer are disposed between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate. The sealant encloses the liquid crystal layer. The conductive posts are embedded inside the sealant and electrically connected to the common voltage input circuit and the common electrode layer. Furthermore, a gap is kept between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate by the conductive posts.
