    Abstract: A torque wrench with torque adjustment mechanism includes a tubular body and a torque adjustment mechanism disposed in the tubular body. The torque adjustment mechanism includes an abutting member, an adjustment member and an adjustment button. The abutting member has a first slope disposed at rear end of the abutting member in contact with a second slope disposed at a front end of the adjustment member. When adjusting the set torque value of the torque wrench, the adjustment button is rotated to drive the adjustment member to displace in a transverse direction of the tubular body. By means of the cooperation between the first and second slopes, the abutting member is displaced in a longitudinal direction of the tubular body to compress or release an elastic member positioned in front of the abutting member.

    Abstract: A torque wrench with elastic member includes a tubular body in which an elastic member is disposed for adjusting the torque value of the torque wrench. The front and rear connection sections of the elastic member respectively abut against a click mechanism disposed in front of the elastic member and an adjustment mechanism disposed behind the elastic member, whereby the elastic member can be compressed or released to adjust the torque value of the torque wrench. The elastic member keeps the transmission tooth engaged with the engagement teeth. Each engagement tooth has a tooth crest and a tooth height. The width of the tooth crest is larger than the tooth height so that the loss of the rotational energy is reduced to achieve greater rotational torque.

When rotating the adjustment member by one circle, the adjustment member is moved in the longitudinal direction of the connection rod by a travel, which is over two time the pitch of the first threaded section. The torque value of the wrench can be quickly greatly adjusted only by means of rotating the adjustment member by few circles.

The first lever includes a driving end exposed outside the hollow body, a spinning structure and a forcing end contained in the hollow body. The forcing end has a second position-limiting structure that is detachably limited by the first position-limiting structure. The first elastic member is pushed against the forcing end and the first position-limiting structure through two ends thereof. The first lever is located at a first position and presses the first elastic member to store an elastic restoring force when being connected with the hollow body. When the second position-limiting structure is released, the elastic restoring force drives the first lever to move to a second position so as to allow the spinning structure to perform an impact spinning action.
