Abstract: A flyback power converter includes a power transformer, a first lossless voltage conversion circuit, a first low-dropout linear regulator and a secondary side power supply circuit. The first low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) generates a first operation voltage as power supply for being supplied to a sub-operation circuit. The secondary side power supply circuit includes a second lossless voltage conversion circuit and a second LDO. The second LDO generates a second operation voltage. The first operation voltage and the second operation voltage are shunted to a common node. When a first lossless conversion voltage is greater than a first threshold voltage, the second LDO is enabled to generate the second operation voltage to replace the first operation voltage as power supply supplied to the sub-operation circuit; wherein the second lossless conversion voltage is lower than the first lossless switching voltage.

Abstract: Methods and structures for modulating an inner spacer profile include providing a fin having an epitaxial layer stack including a plurality of semiconductor channel layers interposed by a plurality of dummy layers. In some embodiments, the method further includes removing the plurality of dummy layers to form a first gap between adjacent semiconductor channel layers of the plurality of semiconductor channel layers. Thereafter, in some examples, the method includes conformally depositing a dielectric layer to substantially fill the first gap between the adjacent semiconductor channel layers. In some cases, the method further includes etching exposed lateral surfaces of the dielectric layer to form an etched-back dielectric layer that defines substantially V-shaped recesses. In some embodiments, the method further includes forming a substantially V-shaped inner spacer within the substantially V-shaped recesses.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for forming semiconductor device structures. The method includes forming a fin structure having a stack of semiconductor layers comprising first semiconductor layers and second semiconductor layers alternatingly arranged, forming a sacrificial gate structure over a portion of the fin structure, removing the first and second semiconductor layers in a source/drain region of the fin structure that is not covered by the sacrificial gate structure, forming an epitaxial source/drain feature in the source/drain region, removing portions of the sacrificial gate structure to expose the first and second semiconductor layers, removing portions of the second semiconductor layers so that at least one second semiconductor layer has a width less than a width of each of the first semiconductor layers, forming a conformal gate dielectric layer on exposed first and second semiconductor layers, and forming a gate electrode layer on the conformal gate dielectric layer.

Upper end and lower end of the back plate are formed with an insertion slot and a protrusion respectively. One side of the back plate is formed with a plurality of engaging troughs for allowing the first hooks and the third hooks to be disposed therein. The third hook is engaged with the first hook. By this structure, a shelf plate, a cat house and a cat ladder can be mounted onto the back plate by means of the engagement between the second hook and the third hook. Then, the back plate is fixed to a wall. In this way, the support beam for a pet furniture is obtained.

Abstract: A support frame for a pet feeder includes a fastening element, a plurality of accommodating bodies, a carrying element, a supporting element, an upper cover, a base, a supporting seat, a plurality of anti-slip blocks, and a shaft bolt. A user can hold the fastening element to lift up the whole support frame for a pet feeder. The carrying element has a plurality of C-shaped accommodating portions arranged like pedals for allowing the accommodating bodies to be disposed therein respectively. The base is formed with an accommodating trough for allowing a liquid to be received therein to thereby prevent ants or other insects from crawling into the pet food received in the accommodating bodies. Thus, the pets can eat the pet food more conveniently and safely.
