    Abstract: This invention relates to a method for producing an alkyl ester via a transesterification or esterification reaction. The method includes (1) mixing an oil source containing a triglyceride or a carboxylic acid and a first primary alcohol or a first secondary alcohol in a first organic solvent to form a first solution; in which each molecule of the first organic solvent contains 4-8 carbon atoms and a heteroatom; (2) reacting the triglyceride or the carboxylic acid with the first primary alcohol or the first secondary alcohol in the presence of a first lipase to produce a first alkyl ester, in which the first solution does not undergo phase separation throughout the reaction; and (3) separating the first alkyl ester from the first solution.

    Abstract: A diamond polishing disc process includes the following steps. First, an adhesive material is coated on outer sides of the woven layer with a plurality of meshes, so as to form an adhesive layer. Next, the adhesive layer is adhered in an accommodation unit. Afterwards, pluralities of diamond particles are implanted in the adhesive layer, and are respectively adhered in each mesh of the adhesive layer. Then, a polymer material is filled into the accommodation unit, so as to fix the diamond particles to the polymer material. Finally, cure the polymer material, and remove it with the diamond particles from the accommodation unit, thus obtaining a diamond polishing disc base with the diamond particles arranged uniformly and having consistent in orientations.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus of cardiopulmonary resuscitator that is operated through a driving mechanism controlled and driven by air power. The driving mechanism functions to actuate a belt adapted to extend around the chest of a patient to generate reciprocating movement of pressing and releasing so as to achieve a purpose of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for recovering heartbeat and breathing of the patent. By means of the disclosure of the present invention, the apparatus of cardiopulmonary resuscitator is capable of being operated in any kinds of occasions without worrying about lack of power electricity. Meanwhile, the driving mechanism can provide higher reliability and lower cost through the mechanism design that is more simplified than the design of electrical control element used in the conventional apparatus.

    Abstract: A diamond disc manufacturing process includes the following steps. Firstly, a container is provided, and an adhesion layer is formed in the container. A hollow member having a plurality of meshes is covered on the adhesion layer. A plurality of diamond particles is implanted on the hollow member and embedded into the meshes of the hollow member, so that the diamond particles are adhered onto the adhesion layer. Then, a resin material is infused into the container, so that the diamond particles are bonded on the resin material. Finally, the resin material together with the diamond particles is released from the container, so as to obtain a diamond disc base with the diamond particles having uniform distribution and orientation.
