    Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic device including a display panel, at least one fingerprint sensing module, and at least one optical module. The display panel is adapted to provide an illumination beam to a finger to reflect a sensing beam. The fingerprint sensing module is disposed under the display panel and adapted to receive the sensing beam. The fingerprint sensing module includes a sensing area and a non-sensing area. The optical module is disposed between the display panel and the fingerprint sensing module. The optical module is adapted to transmit the sensing beam to the sensing area. The optical module has a light incidence surface, a light exit surface, and a side surface connected between the light incidence surface and the light exit surface. Both the light incidence surface and the light exit surface are non-planar surfaces, and the side surface is opaque.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a fingerprint image sensor and an electronic device. The fingerprint image sensor is suitable for being configured below a display panel and comprises a substrate and a plurality of photosensitive pixels. The plurality of photosensitive pixels is arranged on the substrate to form a photosensitive array having M rows and N columns. The photosensitive pixels located on each row of the photosensitive array are arranged along the row direction, and the photosensitive pixels located on each column of the photosensitive array are arranged along the column direction. Each photosensitive pixel comprises a photoinduction region, and the photoinduction region comprises a first region side edge and a second region side edge. An acute angle is formed between the first region side edge and the second region side edge, and the acute angle is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees.

The backlight source is configured to emit an original beam. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, and pixel structures. The pixel structures are distributed on the second substrate, and each of the pixel structures includes quantum dot sub-pixel layers emitting light of different colors. After the original beam is irradiated to the quantum dot sub-pixel layers, beams of different colors are respectively formed. One of the beams of different colors is a fingerprint sensing beam. The fingerprint sensing beam is reflected by a finger back to the second substrate after passing through the second substrate, and sequentially penetrates the display panel and the backlight source to be sensed by the image sensor.

The carbon-containing metal-based composite material includes a plurality of graphites, a plurality of heat-conducting reinforcements and a metal matrix. The graphites occupy 35%˜90% in volume. The heat-conducting reinforcements are distributed between the graphites. The heat-conducting reinforcements and the graphites are self-bonded. The heat-conducting reinforcements occupy 5%˜30% in volume and have a thermal conductivity larger than 200 W/mK.
