    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for recycling all types of lithium batteries. First, the lithium battery waste is acid-leached to obtain a solution containing most of metal ions. After filtering, the solution is separated from the remaining solids, and then the obtained solution is subjected to separate precipitation many times. After separately adjusting the pH value of the solution many times, adding precipitants with a high selectivity ratio, and matching with filtration and separation reaction, all ions in the lithium battery waste are sequentially precipitated in forms of iron phosphate (FePO4), aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3), manganese oxide (MnO2), dicobalt trioxide (cobalt oxide, Co2O3), nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2), and lithium carbonate (Li2CO3).

A plurality of first spacers and a first frame are formed on a first transfer base, and a plurality of second spacers and a second frame are formed on a second transfer base. A first substrate and a second substrate are respectively attached to the first transfer base and the second transfer base to form a first substrate combination and a second substrate combination respectively. A TFT array is formed on a surface of the first substrate, and a color filter layer is formed on a surface of the second substrate. The first substrate combination is reversed to be attached to the second substrate combination. Air paths are formed on the first frame and the second frame for peeling the first transfer base and the second transfer base, thus the display panel is removed after the peeling operation.

The cavity is vacuumed via the venting tube and mercury vapor and inert gas are then introduced into the cavity.

A high voltage is applied to the set of electrodes, so that the noble gas electrons are induced inside of the cavity, which then emits an ultra-violet light.
