    Abstract: A conversion control circuit controls plural stackable sub-converters which are coupled in parallel to generate an output power to a load. The conversion control circuit includes a current sharing terminal and a current sharing circuit. A current sharing signal is connected, in parallel, to the current sharing terminals. The current sharing circuit includes: configuration (1): the current sharing signal is generated only according to an inductor current corresponding to one of plural inductors of the plural stackable sub-converters; or configuration (2): the current sharing signal is generated according to plural inductor currents corresponding to plural inductors of plural activated phases of the plural stackable sub-converters, wherein a ratio of a portion of the current sharing signal generated by a master control circuit to a portion generated by one of the slave control circuits is k which relates to a difference between a total phase number and an activated phase number.

Each gas line includes a mass flow controller (MFC) and normally closed valves including an upstream and downstream valves upstream and downstream of the MFC. Leak checking includes: leak checking up to the downstream valves of the gas lines with the upstream valves closed and the downstream valves of the gas lines closed; and leak checking up to the upstream valve of each the process gas line with the upstream valves of the of the process gas lines closed and with the downstream valve of the of the process gas line being leak checked open and the downstream valve of every other process gas line closed.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a fuse circuit for final test trimming of an integrated circuit (IC) chip. The fuse circuit includes at least one electrical fuse, at least one control switch corresponding to the electrical fuse, and a resistant device. The electrical fuse is connected with the control switch in series between a predetermined pin and a grounding pin. The control switch receives a control signal to determine whether a predetermined current flows through the corresponding electrical fuse and breaks the electrical fuse. The resistant device is coupled between a bulk terminal and a source terminal to increase a resistance of a parasitic channel, such that an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is enhanced, and errors of final test trimming of an IC chip are avoided.
