Abstract: An image sensing device and a control device of an illumination device thereof are provided. The control device includes a control circuit, an operation circuit, and multiple driving signal generators. The control circuit generates multiple control signals. The operation circuit performs a logical operation on the control signals and an image capturing signal to generate multiple operation results. The driving signal generator respectively provides multiple driving signals to the illumination device according to the operation results, and the driving signals respectively have multiple different output powers.

Abstract: A vehicle information and environmental monitoring compound vehicle system is provided, including a sensor device used as a mobile sensor for collecting sensory data of roads, and the sensor device integrates various sensor modules and the second-generation on board computer diagnostic system serial port. The sensor device also integrates a long-distance low-power Internet of Things (LoRa) communication protocol, which can transmit data through the long-distance low-power Internet of Things gateway, and upload data to the cloud platform based on algorithm. The results of the analysis can establish a wide range of traffic congestion model through the detection information of traffic flow, and traffic density. The use of pixel-based measurement methods can quantify the urban road temperature, establish the urban heat island effect model, analyze the influence of temperature and humidity on the disease spread, establish the disease diffusion model, and display the sensor data in the graphical user interface.

Abstract: A vehicular grader diagnoses a vehicle under test (“VUT”). The grader includes a vehicular interface for receiving vehicular component statuses from a vehicular diagnostic and reporting system of the VUT. The grader computes scores from these vehicular component statuses. These scores are computed utilizing statistical vehicular data associated with vehicles similar to the VUT, thereby enabling the grader to generate an overall vehicular health report incorporating these scores. In some embodiments, the grader utilizes the vehicular health report to provide an objective recommendation for a purchase decision, a rental decision, a lending decision or a repair versus replacement decision.
