The fixing device comprises a second sealing end and a second receiving portion. The second receiving portion is connected to the first receiving portion. The elastic device is deposited in the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion and contacts the ball member and presses against the second sealing end. The encasing member encases the conductive elastic casing and is connected with the fixing device. The shaft is connected with the encasing member. The friction can be dispersed by the ball member of the present invention.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing magnesium-aluminum alloy casing includes performing an adhesion process to form a protective layer on an antioxidant layer which is on a magnesium-aluminum alloy substrate by a ceramic paint. The ceramic paint includes a ceramic powder, a resin, a dilution agent and a particle. The particle is one percent to fifteen percent of the ceramic paint, and the particle is used to enhance roughness of the protective layer. By performing the adhesion process to form the protective layer, effects of anti-corrosion and anti-salt fog of the magnesium-aluminum alloy casing are achieved.
