    Abstract: A method for preparing a carbide protective layer comprises: (A) mixing a carbide powder, an organic binder, an organic solvent and a sintering aid to form a slurry; (B) spraying the slurry on a surface of a graphite component to form a composite component; (C) subjecting the composite component to a cold isostatic pressing densification process; (D) subjecting the composite component to a constant temperature heat treatment; (E) repeating steps (B)-(D) until a coating is formed on a surface of the composite component; (F) subjecting the coating to a segmented sintering process; (G) obtaining a carbide protective layer used for the surface of the composite component. Accordingly, while the carbide protective layer can be completed by using the wet cold isostatic pressing densification process and the cyclic multiple superimposition method, so that it can improve the corrosion resistance in the silicon carbide crystal growth process environment.

The molar ratio of the metal halide to the organic compound is higher than 2, and the molar ratio of metal halide to the halogen-containing salt is higher than 2. The metal halide is different from the halogen-containing salt.

    Abstract: A drawer structure includes a front plate, two side plates each having a first end mounted on the front plate and a second end formed with a snapping member, a rear plate mounted between the two side plates and having two ends each formed with an engaged member engaged with the snapping member of a respective one of the two side plates, and a bottom plate mounted between the front plate, the two side plates and the rear plate. Thus, the drawer structure has detachable parts that can be assembled by the user, thereby decreasing costs of storage, package and transportation.     Abstract: A computer desk has two pairs of opposite stand-frames and several supporting-plates. Each pair of stand-frames having a plurality of bigger through-holes and smaller through-holes in their outer walls by characterized a smaller through-hole in an inner wall opposite to the bigger through-hole in the outer wall and a bigger through-hole in an inner wall opposite to the smaller through-hole in the outer wall. Every supporting-plate has several connecting-rods at its bottom surface. Every connecting-rod has an internal-threaded hole in its outer end. After the outer end of the connecting-rod is inserted into one of the bigger through-holes, a screw-member can be extended through the smaller through-hole opposite to the bigger through-hole and screwed with the internal-threaded hole of the connecting-rod so that the supporting-plate can be assembled or changed to any required location on the pair of stand-frames by a user quickly and conveniently.
