  • Publication number: 20120132281
Abstract: A thin-film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The method of manufacturing the thin-film solar cell includes the steps of providing a substrate; forming a diffusion barrier layer on the substrate; forming a back electrode layer on the diffusion barrier layer; forming a precursor layer on the back electrode layer, and the precursor layer including at least Cu, In and Ga; providing an alkali layer on an upper surface of the precursor layer, and the alkali layer being formed of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, or an alkali metal compound; providing a selenization process for the precursor layer and the alkali layer to form an absorber layer, such that an atomic percentage concentration of the alkali metal in the absorber layer is ranged between 0.01%˜10%; forming at least a buffer layer on the absorber layer; and forming at least a front electrode layer on the buffer layer.

  • Publication number: 20110155246
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thin film solar cell and manufacturing method thereof. The thin film solar cell comprises a substrate, a front electrode layer, an absorber layer and a rear electrode layer stacked in such sequence, wherein the front electrode layer is formed by doping group III element into a zinc oxide. The thin-film solar cell further comprise an interlayer disposed between the front electrode layer and the absorber layer wherein the interlayer has p-type holes formed by introducing nitrogen-based gas having Argon (Ar) as a carrier gas interacted with the group III element by using PECVD or thermal treatment, implementation and diffusion on the front electrode layer surface so that the concentration of nitrogen atoms in the interlayer is greater than 1015/cm3.

  • Publication number: 20100012183
Abstract: A thin film solar cell having a photo-luminescent medium coated therein and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The thin film solar cell at least includes a transparent layer, a front electrode layer, a photoconductive layer, and a back electrode layer, which are sequentially stacked in that order from a light incident surface of the thin film solar cell. The transparent layer is a cover glass or a transparent substrate. The thin film solar cell further includes a photo-luminescent medium disposed on outer surface or inner surface of the transparent layer for absorbing the rest short wavelength light contained in the incident light and is then excited to emit a long wavelength light which can be effectively absorbed by the photoconductive layer. In such a way, the spectrum of the incident light is shifted, and thus an improved energy conversion efficiency is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20060208633
Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device with improved lifetime and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The device comprises a barrier layer on an upper surface of a color filter, and etching and removing part of the barrier layer uncovered by first electrodes to form moistness removed channel after defining and forming at least one first electrode on an upper surface of the barrier layer. It is convenient to bake and eliminate a solvent or mist existed in the color filter in a baking process, thereby reducing speed of going bad of the organic light emitting layer and effectively improving lifetime of the organic electroluminescent device.

  • Publication number: 20060022579
Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display panel element and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The element comprises a substrate, a conductive wire layer, a protective layer, an organic light emitting diode structure, and a package body. It first makes the conductive wire layer on the substrate, then coats protective glue on a display area and a non-display area on the substrate, evaporates the organic light emitting diode structure on the display area on the substrate and connects it to the conductive wire layer (connection with electricity conductive ability), and packages the organic light emitting diode structure on the substrate. Therefore, twice protective glue coating process is not needed, it is easy to process the coating process, and the protective glue is more adhesive to the substrate, thus reducing process steps and processing time, meanwhile reducing process expenses.

  • Publication number: 20050033807
Abstract: A method and apparatus for facilitating computer-supported collaborative work sessions solicits ideas from participants in a collaborative work session, and then prompts the participants to group the generated ideas into discrete clusters of related ideas. The participants' clusters are then aggregated to form collective clusters that represent overarching themes or ideas generated in the collaborative work session. The collective clusters and the ideas contained therein may be used by an organization, for example to address a specific need or to shape a policy.
