The redistribution circuit structure includes a colored dielectric layer, inter-dielectric layers and redistribution conductive layers embedded in the inter-dielectric layers. The electronic device is disposed over the colored dielectric layer and electrically connected to the redistribution circuit structure.

Electromagnetic waves are magnetically coupling to the coil, and the coil transmits signals of the electromagnetic waves to the near field communication module through the tuning module, or transmits the energy of the electromagnetic waves to the power storage device through the tuning module and the wireless charging module.
