  • Patent number: 7458658
Abstract: A printing method is provided. In the printing method, a printing head is rotated with an angle, such that all the nozzles of the printing head are aligned with the dots of the data to be printed. After being rotated, the printing head performs the printing. If some nozzles of the printing head cannot be aligned with the dots of the data to be printed after the printing head is rotated, the resolution of the data to be printed is increased to solve the misalignment.

  • Patent number: 7347529
Abstract: A compound inkjet print head printer has a compound print head module. The compound print head module includes at least two inkjet print heads for providing ink droplets of one color but with different sizes. Since the compound inkjet print head module provides different sizes of ink droplets in a swath, the number of print swaths can be decreased. The compound inkjet print head printer increases a printing speed with high photo quality.

  • Publication number: 20080018681
Abstract: An ink-jet system and an ink-jet control method are provided. The ink-jet system mainly includes an ink-jet head, a feedback unit and a frequency eliminator. The feedback unit provides a feedback signal to the ink-jet head as the ink-jet head performs jet printing. Next, the frequency of the feedback signal is eliminated by the frequency eliminator to produce a driving signal. Then, the ink-jet head is controlled to perform ink-jetting according to the driving signal. The frequency of the feedback signal is higher than that of the driving signal, and the frequency of the feedback signal is divisible by that of the driving signal. The ink-jet system and the ink-jet control method meets high precision and high speed ink-jet requirements and are capable of fabricating patterns with different resolutions.

  • Publication number: 20060121199
Abstract: A method of forming micro holes metal membrane by inkjet printing spray micro droplets of a catalyst in the holes after the substrate surface is treated. The catalyst adsorbs and dries on the inner walls of the holes. After that, the surface properties of the substrate are changed so that the coating solution readily enters the holes and forms a membrane on their inner walls. This can avoid incomplete metal coating due to residual air in the holes and forming a disconnected circuit. Moreover, the adhesive force between the inner wall of the holes and the metal improves the situation of coated layer peeling. The method reduces the use of precious catalyst, the fabrication procedure, and the production of photo resist etching waste. Since it does not require expensive equipment and space for exposure, developing, laser drilling, the method lowers the production cost and satisfies the environmental protection requirements.
