  • Patent number: 11378867
Abstract: A portable electronic device and a movable lens-shutting module thereof are provided. The movable lens-shutting module includes a magnetic field generator, a rotatable driving assembly and a movable shutter assembly. The rotatable driving assembly includes a rotatable magnetic element and a rotatable driving element fixed on the rotatable magnetic element. The rotatable driving element includes at least one driving rod. The movable shutter assembly includes at least one shutter element. The shutter element includes a lens opening corresponding to a lens and a receiving groove for receiving the driving rod. When the rotatable magnetic element and the rotatable driving element are concurrently moved by a magnetic force generated by the magnetic field generator, the shutter element is moved in a linear direction by moving the driving rod, so that the lens is exposed by the lens opening or is blocked by the shutter element.

  • Publication number: 20140355142
Abstract: A VCM actuator for a lens and driving the lens for focusing includes a fixed module, a mobile module and a spring module. The fixed module includes a case and the magnet module is disposed along the inner side of the case. The mobile module includes a lens holder and a coil looping the lens holder. The lens holder is movably disposed in the case and the coil is fastened to the lens holder positioning to the magnet module. The spring module abuts the fixed module and mobile module. The case has an opening and along the rim of each corner of the opening a magnet guiding tab is formed. The guiding tabs extend between the lens holder and coil and are positioned toward the gaps between the magnet module, and each magnet guiding tab has a backbone and two wing portions extending from the backbone.

  • Patent number: 8299589
Abstract: A packaging device of an image sensor includes a supporting seat and the image sensor. The supporting seat is a hollow frame having a predetermined thickness, a first surface, a second surface, and an inner edge receding from the second surface toward the first surface to form a recessed step. Plural contacts in the recessed step and in the outer periphery of the supporting seat are electrically connected by plural electrical connection structures. The image sensor has an active surface set on the recessed step by a flip-chip packaging technique. The image sensor also has plural conductive ends electrically connected to the contacts in the recessed step. An insulating material covers an inactive surface of the image sensor and fills the gap between the recessed step of the supporting seat and the image sensor to provide dust-proofness, shock resistance, and prevention against static electricity and leakage of light.

  • Publication number: 20090047549
Abstract: A process for modifying a carbonized substrate and a modified carbonized substrate obtained therefrom are provided. The process involves the application of a mixture containing a hydrophobic polymer and a carbonaceous material onto a carbonized substrate which is not subjected to a hydrophobic treatment. The subject invention uses a simpler procedure to modify a carbonized substrate to provide a modified carbonized substrate with good conductivity, air permeability, and hydrophobicity. The modified carbonized substrate is suitable for use as the material for the gas diffusion layer of the electrode in fuel cells.

  • Publication number: 20090011673
Abstract: A porous carbonized fabric with high efficiency and its preparation method and uses are provided. The carbonized fabric is prepared from a mixed spun fabric containing an oxidized fiber and a polyamide fiber. The carbonized fabric has excellent gas permeability, high porosity, and good electric conductivity. The carbonized fabric can be used as the gas diffusion layer (electrode) material in a fuel cell. The fuel cell can provide a relatively high power density. Moreover, the carbonized fabric is useful as an anti-electromagnetic material and a reinforced composite material.
