  • Publication number: 20070120467
Abstract: A full-color organic electroluminescence display has pixel units. Each pixel unit has a first electrode disposed on a transparent substrate. A first sub-pixel region, a second sub-pixel region, and a third sub-pixel region are defined on the first electrode. A first organic light-emitting layer is disposed over the first sub-pixel region; a second organic light-emitting layer is disposed on the second sub-pixel region; a third organic light-emitting layer is disposed on the third sub-pixel region and overlaying the first and second organic light-emitting layers. Each of the organic light-emitting layers emits light with a specific wavelength. A second electrode is disposed over the third organic light-emitting layer. A method for manufacturing the full-color organic electroluminescence display provides two mask procedures to form two OLELs on the first and the second sub-pixel regions respectively. A wide open mask alignment procedure is introduced to form the third OLEL on all sub-pixel regions.

  • Publication number: 20070075312
Abstract: This invention relates to a full-color OLED display apparatus with improved color saturation and a method of manufacturing the same. The OLED display apparatus comprises a plurality of pixels positioned on the substrate. A first electrode, a first organic light emitting layer, a second organic light emitting layer, a third organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode are arranged on the substrate of each pixel in sequence. Moreover, a first sub pixel, a second sub pixel, and a third sub pixel are defined on the first electrode. To enhance color saturation of the OLED display apparatus, in the OLED display apparatus, the second organic light emitting layer is arranged on the second sub pixel area; the third organic light emitting layer is arranged on the second sub pixel area and the third sub pixel area; and the first organic light emitting layer is arranged on the first sub pixel area and the second sub pixel area.

  • Publication number: 20070046195
Abstract: An organic light-emitting display (OLED) is provided. The OLED comprises a plurality of pixels on a substrate. Each pixel on the substrate comprises a first electrode, an organic luminescent layer and a second electrode in sequence. The first electrode comprises a first subpixel region, a second subpixel region and a third subpixel region. The organic luminescent layer comprises a first organic luminescent layer and a second organic luminescent layer. The first organic luminescent layer is above the first subpixel region and the second subpixel region. The second organic luminescent layer is above the second subpixel region and the third subpixel region. The fabricating method of the OLED is disclosed in the specification too.

  • Publication number: 20070024186
Abstract: The present invention relates to a color filter conversion apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a color filter conversion apparatus and the application thereof. A color conversion layer, a first photo resist, and a second photo resist are arranged on the substrate. In addition, a first organic light emitting element is arranged on the vertically extended region of the second photo resist and a second organic light emitting element is arranged on the vertically extended region of the first photo resist, the second photo resist and the color conversion layer. Thus, the times for evaporating processes are decreased. Furthermore, the transmittance through the photo resist for the light source produced by the organic light emitting element is raised and the converting efficiency of the color conversion layer can also be enhanced.
