A rotor is disposed in the cylinder, and a rotational axle base is rotatably disposed though the cylinder and in a rotational cooperative relationship with the rotor. An end of the rotational axle base is extended and formed with a rotational working portion outside the cylinder. The surroundings of the rotational working portion define a space. A flow-bypassing passage is communicated with the airflow pathway and the space, and an end of the flow-bypassing passage is open toward the space.

    Abstract: A double-valve mechanism and a pneumatic tool including the same are provided. The double-valve mechanism is mounted in a main body of the pneumatic tool. The main body has an exhausting passage and an outlet passage communicating therewith, and an entrance passage and an inlet passage communicating therewith. The double-valve mechanism is operable from outside of the main body to move relative to the main body so as to selectively seal an entry of the inlet passage and an exit of the outlet passage. Whereby, the stop of the tool is effectively ensured after the double-valve mechanism is closed, no gas leakage will occurs, the waste of pressurized air energy and defects of the tool will be avoided, and the rotation of the rotor can be quickly stopped.

    Abstract: A pneumatic motor includes a cylinder and a rotor disposed in the cylinder. The rotor includes an axle, and main and secondary blades are slidably received in a plurality of main and secondary sliding slots formed on the axle. The secondary blades touch an inner wall of the cylinder to promote torque output when located at angles equal to or smaller than a specific angle from an inlet of the cylinder. On the contrary, the secondary blades are away from the inner wall of the cylinder to reduce friction between the rotor and the cylinder when located at angles larger than the specific angle from the inlet. Thus, revolution speed of the rotor is retained in a tolerant range, and torque output is promoted significantly.

    Abstract: The pneumatic tool having pendulum-like direction switching mechanism of the present invention includes a pneumatic motor and a control valve. The control valve is utilized for receiving pressurized air and for alternatively leading air into the pneumatic motor to drive and control the pneumatic motor. The present invention further includes a switching device and a coupling mechanism. By connection of the coupling mechanism, the switching device is able to control motion of the valve. In addition, the switching device slides along an arc-shaped route. Thus, the switching device approaches the pneumatic tool without protruding excessively. Therefore, unexpected collision is lessened and lifetime is prolonged.
