    Abstract: A metal grid of a pixel array may be patterned with different sized openings over photodiodes. As a result, a uniform pixel array of photodiodes with different sensitivities may be formed. For example, the pixel array may include low-sensitivity photodiodes (LSPDs), mid-sensitivity photodiodes (MSPDs), and high-sensitivity photodiodes (HSPDs). The LSPDs, MSPDs, and HSPDs have different capture rates. Therefore, a higher dynamic range is achieved by combining signals from LSPDs, MSPDs, and HSPDs. For example, the pixel array may achieve a dynamic range of approximately 140 decibels or higher due to its increased capacity. Additionally, the pixel array exhibits better dark performance as compared to a pixel array with a combination of large photodiodes (LPDs) and small photodiodes (SPDs). Because each photodiode in the pixel array is approximately a same size, photodiode leakage is reduced as compared with irregular pixel arrays including a combination of LPDs and SPDs.

    Abstract: Some implementations described herein provide a semiconductor device and methods of formation. The semiconductor device may include a photodiode device electrically connected to a metal-insulator-metal deep-trench capacitor. The metal-insulator-metal deep-trench capacitor includes a layer of an amorphous material between an insulator layer stack of the deep-trench capacitor structure and a capacitor bottom metal layer of the metal-insulator-metal deep-trench capacitor. The amorphous material includes a bandgap energy level that provides a conduction band offset and lowers a probability of electron tunneling from the capacitor bottom metal electrode layer to the insulator layer stack. In this way, leakage associated with grain boundaries, crystal defects, and interfaces of a bottom layer of the insulator layer stack may be overcome to improve a lag performance of the semiconductor device including the metal-insulator-metal deep-trench capacitor.

    Abstract: A docking system comprises a handheld device and a dock that are configured for preventing or minimizing damage to a device connector and/or a dock connector during docking. The dock has a cap that can be retracted, wherein the dock connector is recessed until the cap is retracted. The device housing has a device recess complementary to the cap, a device connector opening for access to the device connector and pin recesses for receiving a set of pins. The device recess and cap facilitate alignment of the set of pins relative to the pin recesses, wherein retracting the cap causes the set of pins to extend through pin openings into the pin recesses. The set of pins resist movement and rotation of the base housing relative to the cap and further assist in aligning the device connector with the dock connector.

The devices are sized and designed for atraumatic insertion and expansion within the urethra to engage and retract enlarged prostatic tissue proximate to the urethra that is leading to adverse symptoms associated with BPH. The methods include steps to deploy the implant devices of the invention using a delivery system of the invention and at target prostatic tissue that is visualized during the procedure and yields a reduction in the symptoms of BPH.
