    Abstract: A method and system for inspecting deviation in dynamic characteristics of a feeding system are provided, and the method includes: exciting the feeding system and detecting vibrations of a subcomponent of a component to be inspected of the feeding system to generate a monitoring excitation signal in a monitoring mode; calculating, by a modal analysis method, monitoring eigenvalues and monitoring eigenvectors of the monitoring excitation signal; determining, by a modal verification method, similarity between the monitoring eigenvalues and standard eigenvalues of a digital twin model and similarity between the monitoring eigenvectors and standard eigenvectors of the digital twin model; determining that the dynamic characteristics of the subcomponent are deviated, when the monitoring eigenvalues and monitoring eigenvectors are not similar to the standard eigenvalues and standard eigenvectors. Therefore, the subcomponent whose dynamic characteristics are deviated can be sensed remotely and precisely.

    Abstract: An apparatus for producing silicon carbide crystal is provided and includes a composite structure formed by a plurality of graphite layers and silicon carbide seed crystals, wherein a density or thickness of each layer of graphite is gradually adjusted to reduce a difference of a thermal expansion coefficient and Young's modulus between the graphite layers and silicon carbide. The composite structure can be stabilized on a top portion or an upper cover of a crucible made of graphite, thereby preventing the silicon carbide crystal from falling off.

    Abstract: A disc tray for a printing device includes a driving mover including a first guiding portion; a main body including a disc receiver having a holding portion and a sloping portion connected with each other, a second guiding portion engaged with the first guiding portion, and a third guiding portion, with the driving mover driving the main body by way of the first guiding portion and the second guiding portion to move the main body; and a supporter including a fourth guiding portion engaged with the third guiding portion to allow the fourth guiding portion to move along the third guiding portion. The supporter and the holding portion are used to support a printed disc. When the disc receiver receives the printed disc, the supporter is moved to be veiled under the main body for dropping the printed disc from the sloping portion of the disc receiver.

    Abstract: A device and a method for automatically turning over a disc relate to a guide rod provided with a movable member. The movable member is assembled to a rotating member via a pivot member in such a manner that the movable member can axially move along and radially rotate around the guide rod. The pivot member is disposed between the movable member and the rotating member and powered to rotate. The rotating member is provided with a disc-carrying device in a direction of its rotation around the pivot member for taking the disc. The pivot member drives the disc to rotate via the rotating member, so as to turn over the disc, so that the rotating member makes the disc slide down into the tray in an inclined manner.
