    Abstract: A nuclear battery module is adapted for a nuclear battery. The nuclear battery module includes a radioactive unit and at least one energy conversion unit. The radioactive unit includes a soft substrate and at least one radioactive layer disposed on the soft substrate. The at least one radioactive layer includes a ?-ray source. The at least one energy conversion unit includes a flexible carrier layer, an N-type semiconductor layer disposed on the flexible carrier layer, and a P-type semiconductor layer disposed on the N-type semiconductor layer opposite to the flexible carrier layer. The at least one energy conversion unit is disposed on the radioactive unit in a manner such that the flexible carrier layer is proximate to the radioactive unit.

    Abstract: An optical precision mold machining device is mountable on a chuck of an ultraprecision machining apparatus to perform an aspherical molding process by a cutting tool, and includes a fixture gripped by jaws of the chuck and having positioning holes in a matrix arrangement, a plurality of fasteners extending through the corresponding positioning holes, and a mold including a retained surface with locking holes for insertion of the fasteners, and a mold surface portion having a sprue, a runner and multiple mold bases. Each mold base has sub-runners in communication with the runner. An injection direction of the sprue is parallel to an initial running direction of the runner. The mold is moved with the fixture relative to the cutting tool to a predetermined machining position where each mold base is machined to form therein a cavity with an aspherical cross-section.

    Abstract: A multi-mold block drive device includes a guide seat and a plurality of speed reductions units. The guide seat includes opposite inner and outer peripheral surfaces, and a plurality of spaced-apart guide holes extending through the inner and outer peripheral surfaces. A plurality of drivers correspond respectively to the guide holes. Each speed reduction unit is connected between one of the guide holes and a corresponding driver, and includes a guide screw rod having an externally threaded portion, a guide sleeve having an internal thread facing the externally threaded portion, and a plurality of planetary screws interposed between the guide screw rod and the guide sleeve. Each planetary screw has a drive thread meshing with the externally threaded portion and the internal thread. An injection molding machine having the multi-mold block drive device is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A molding apparatus includes a machine base, a feeding unit, a material reflow preventing device and a pair of molds. The material reflow preventing device includes a material conduit and a heating unit. The material conduit includes inlet and outlet ports at two opposite ends, inner and outer peripheral surfaces radially opposite to each other, and a low-temperature conduit section, first, second and third heating conduit sections interposed between the inlet and outlet ports. The inner peripheral surface has a spiral groove which extends from inlet port to the outlet port. The heating unit is disposed to heat the material conduit and control the different temperatures in the sections. The reflow of a fluid-state material along the spiral groove is gradually reduced and suspended and is solidified in the low-temperature conduit section.

    Abstract: A multi-mold block drive device includes a guide seat having a plurality of spaced-apart guide holes extending through inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof, a plurality of speed reduction drive units each including a speed reducer driven by a servo motor and having an eccentric shaft, and a plurality of mold locking units each connected between one of the guide holes and a corresponding speed reduction drive unit. Each mold locking unit includes a pivot shaft, a linkage disposed between the pivot shaft and the corresponding guide hole, and a guide rod pivoted to the linkage. The linkage includes a crank driven by the eccentric shaft, a first link arm pivoted between the crank and the pivot shaft, and a second link arm pivoted between the crank and the guide rod.     Abstract: An optical lens molding device includes a raw material supplying unit for providing a solid-state optical material, a feeding unit for transporting the solid-state optical material along a feeding direction, a heating unit including a heating body and a heating conduit in spatial communication with the supplying unit for entering of the solid-state optical material, and a molding unit. The heating conduit has a downstream part extending in the heating body to heat and melt the solid-state optical material in the heating conduit into a fluid-state optical material. The molding unit defines a cavity and a sprue in communication between the cavity and the downstream part to permit the molten fluid-state optical material to be pressed by the solid-state optical material and to flow in and fill the cavity through the sprue.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an optical lens includes pressing a fluid-state optical material by using a solid-state optical material to inject the fluid-state optical material molten from the solid-state optical material into a cavity. The solid-state optical material is molten only at the part adjacent to the cavity to form the fluid-state optical material, which facilitates transport of the optical material and minimizes residual waste. The pressing force applied to the solid-state optical material can be controlled to hence control the moving rate of the solid-state optical material, thereby precisely controlling the injection volume and injection rate of the fluid-state optical material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a two wheel vehicle structure, including: a vehicle frame and a multi-ratio transmission system. The vehicle frame has two wheels and an input tubular member. A crank is attached at each end of the input tubular member. The multi-ratio transmission system includes: a multi-ratio transmission device, a first sprocket, a second sprocket and a chain. The multi-ratio transmission device is installed inside the input tubular member and located at a rotation center of the cranks. The second sprocket is coaxially installed on a wheel axle of a driving wheel and is provided with a ratchet wheel. When the cranks rotate, the rotation motion of the cranks are transmitted to the first sprocket through the multi-ratio transmission device, subsequently, the motion is transmitted to the second sprocket from the first sprocket through the chain, thereby propelling the driving wheel to rotate.
