    Abstract: A micro light-emitting element is provided. The micro light-emitting element includes a first-type semiconductor having a bottom surface and a light-emitting layer disposed on the first-type semiconductor. The micro light-emitting element also includes a second-type semiconductor disposed on the light-emitting layer and an intrinsic semiconductor disposed on the second-type semiconductor and made of the same material as the second-type semiconductor. The intrinsic semiconductor has a top surface relative to the bottom surface. The sidewalls of the first-type semiconductor, the light-emitting layer, the second-type semiconductor, and the intrinsic semiconductor form a continuous side surface, and the side surface connects the bottom surface to the top surface.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a striking faceplate of a golf club head is disclosed in the present invention including the steps of preparing a plate material having an original thickness of 2-7 mm, where the plate material comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the first surface has a forming area and a peripheral area surrounding the forming area; pressing and shaping the plate material to form an uneven thickness structure at the forming area, where a maximal thickness is formed between the first surface and the second surface of the plate material, and the maximal thickness is larger than the original thickness of the plate material; and milling the second surface of the plate material obtained from the pressing and shaping step to form a striking face, where the weight of the plate material obtained from the milling step is 30-65% of the weight of the plate material of the preparing step.

The main body performs data processing and image recognition according to the image and vehicle signals to generate a control signal and check whether the unsafe driving behavior occurred. If the unsafe driving behavior occurred, a warning signal is transmitted to the warning unit to warn the driver. Thus the driving safety is enhanced and the driver's responsibility for accidents is determined.

The ECU is directly connected with a global positioning system (GPS) that provides vehicle speed signals so as to check whether dangerous driving occurs. Once the dangerous driving occurs, a warning unit is turned on to send an alert. The conventional LDWS that complicatedly connects with vehicles parts such as turn signal lights or speedometers is replaced by connection with a GPS. Thus the convenience of installation of LDWS in vehicles is improved.

The method for producing a face plate of a golf club head includes forming the uneven thickness structure on the first surface of the face plate and then milling and modifying the second surface of the face plate, significantly reducing the waste material of the plate material to be milled and removed. The cutter wear rate of the milling machine is reduced, and the processing time is shortened, saving production costs and increasing yield.

A vibration absorbing washer is received in the compartment of the retaining element and mounted to the weight. The vibration absorbing washer absorbs vibration during swing, thereby enhancing assembling reliability of the weight.
