    Abstract: A harness system includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly including an anti-sliding structure and a beam structure. A through slot is formed on the upper buckle. The upper strap passes through the through slot. The beam structure is slidably disposed on the upper buckle. The anti-sliding structure is disposed on at least one of the beam structure and a wall of the through slot. The upper strap is engaged by the anti-sliding structure for restraining a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap and toward a shoulder portion when the upper strap is forced to drive the beam structure to slide relative to the upper buckle and toward the wall of the through slot.

The box has a first shell plate and a second plate between both of which a chamber is defined. An opening is formed through the first shell plate. The heat conductive block is disposed corresponding to the opening; a portion of the heat conductive block is formed inside the chamber and the other portion of the heat conductive block is exposed out of the first shell plate. The working fluid is disposed in the chamber and in contact with the heat conductive block. The heat transfer device has an evaporator section installed inside the chamber to absorb the heat generated by the working fluid after phase change. Thus, the heat dissipating efficiency of the whole apparatus can be enhanced.

    Abstract: An antenna device with an electrostatic discharge protection function and an electrostatic discharge protection method thereof are provided. The antenna device includes a first and a second antennae, and a voltage level, a switching, and a radio frequency (RF) front end circuits. The RF front end circuit is coupled to the switching circuit and controls the switching circuit to couple to one of the first and second antennae for communication transmission. The voltage level circuit detects a voltage level of the one of the first and second antennae. When determining that the voltage level is greater than a threshold voltage, the voltage level circuit transmits a control signal to the RF front end circuit to control the switching circuit to couple to another one of the first and second antennae to continue the communication transmission.

    Abstract: A harness system with a buckle restraining function includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly. The upper strap slidably passes through the upper buckle, and the upper strap includes a shoulder portion and a waist portion divided by the upper buckle. The restraining assembly utilizes an anti-sliding structure having a higher coefficient of friction to engage with the upper strap and further utilizes a stopping component to abut against the upper buckle. Therefore, the present invention can effectively restrain a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap and toward the shoulder portion by engagement of the anti-sliding structure and the upper strap and abutment of the stopping component and the upper buckle, which prevents an excessive decrease of a length of the shoulder portion of the upper strap and prevents a potential risk of injury of the passenger's upper body.

The manufacturing method of the present invention includes the following processes: (a) A graphene is mixed with a grease carrier to make a graphene oil; (b) The graphene oil is mixed with a dispersant to make a mixture of the dispersant and the graphene oil; and (c) The mixture is heated to volatilize the dispersant to make the thermal paste; wherein the manufactured thermal paste contains 5 to 35 wt % of graphene. In addition, the present invention also provides the test results of the graphene thermal paste manufactured by the above method. Through the experimental testing, the graphene thermal paste of the present invention has more excellent thermal conduction performance than the commercially available thermal paste.
