Abstract: A mobile electronic device includes a display having a pixel and processing circuitry separate from but communicatively coupled to the display. The processing circuitry prepares image data to send to the pixel and adjusts the image data to compensate for operational variations of the display based on feedback received from the display that describes a present operational behavior of the pixel. The mobile electronic device also includes additional electronic components that affect the present operational behavior of the pixel depending on present operational behavior of the additional electronic components.

Abstract: Devices and methods for improving image quality and decreasing power consumption of an electronic display are provided. The electronic device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels configured to display an image, and to operate at multiple refresh rates. The electronic device also includes a processor configured to instruct the display panel to transition between the multiple refresh rates based at least in part on a blur effective width of the image.

With this structure, the extra mechanical loss and damage to the mechanical parts can be prevented in model car engines operated at an extra high speed.
