  • Patent number: 9111704
Abstract: A rotary paddle level switch has a housing, a driving unit, two switches, a resilient member, a clutch, a transmission shaft, and a propeller. A resilient clip of the clutch holds a non-circular actuation section of the transmission shaft. When the driving unit drives the clutch to rotate, the transmission shaft and the propeller are driven by the clutch. When the propeller is rapidly rotated by suddenly exerting an excessively large external force thereon, as the resilient clip holds the transmission shaft by elastic force, the fast rotating transmission shaft removes itself from the holding of the resilient clip and is rotated without driving the resilient clip to rotate, thereby avoiding the transmission of the external force and damage to the driving unit. As the clutch just needs a clutch stand and a resilient clip to achieve the foregoing function, the level switch is structurally simple and relatively inexpensive.

  • Publication number: 20140300940
Abstract: An image reading device for reading an image of an object includes a multi-color light source which projects light rays with at least three colors onto the object, at least three monochrome image sensor rows, and at least a lens row provided between the object and the monochrome image sensor rows; wherein reflected light rays are imaged directly onto the monochrome image sensor row through the lens row. The image reading device is able to read color and monochrome images.

  • Publication number: 20120133999
Abstract: A method and device of reading images includes a light source emitting at least three difference color lights. The light source emits color lights to an object in a predetermined order and frequency. The object reflects the color lights to three monochromatic sensor rows through a lens row to directly image the color light on the sensor rows. The light source changes the color light emitting to the object when the light source, the sensor rows and the lens row are moved for a predetermined, usually is a width of a pixel, to combine a color image without chromatic aberration.

  • Patent number: 6626050
Abstract: A flow sensing system capable of improving the monitored range of a flow sensing system. The flow sensing system has a transparent tube, an upper edge sensing assembly, a lower edge sensing assembly and a floating buoy. Under normal operating conditions, the lower edge sensing assembly detects the buoy exactly once during a first timing session, detects no buoy during a second timing session and detects the buoy exactly once during a third timing session. If one of the conditions is violated, a warning signal is issue to a station operator. The upper edge sensing assembly should not detect the buoy throughout the three timing sessions; otherwise, an abnormality has occurred and a warning signal is sent to the station operator. The sensing system prevents the size and length of buoy from interfering with the monitored range so that a more stable flow system is maintained.

  • Publication number: 20020143910
Abstract: A network hub is adapted for controlling connection between a server and multiple work stations in a local-area network. The network hub includes a rectifying and voltage-regulating circuit for outputting a power signal, a signal processing circuit coupled electrically to the rectifying and voltage-regulating circuit for receiving the power signal therefrom, and an output port module coupled electrically to the signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit receives a command transmitted via an input port module connected to the server, and is operable so as to output control signals corresponding to the command from the server. The output port module has connecting ports coupled electrically to switching circuits, respectively. Each connecting port is connected to a corresponding one of the work stations via network lines. Each control signal is received by a respective one of the switching circuits so as to control conduction or cut-off thereof.
