  • Publication number: 20140063106
Abstract: The present invention provides a nano-ranged wide color gamut and environmental-friendly UV inkjet printing system for a hard substrate comprising a carrier, an ink supplier, a printing head and a controller. The carrier receives the hard substrate thereon and the ink supplier includes a container space for containing an ink. The color gamut of the ink comprises basic colors of RYBK. The printing head receives the ink from the ink supplier, and the controller generates a control signal to control the printing head to spray coating the ink onto the surface of the hard substrate directly. The present invention is able to print the ink directly onto the surface of the hard substrate while utilizing the UV light for curing the ink into solid. The ink exhibits the physical properties of low surface tension, nano particles, environmental friendly, UV excitable, short duration of drying, great adhesiveness and high transparency.

  • Patent number: 8422781
Abstract: A method for creating an appearance model of an object includes receiving an image of the object and creating a hierarchical appearance model of the object from the image of the object. The hierarchical appearance model has a plurality of layers, each layer including one or more nodes. Nodes in each layer contain information of the object with a corresponding level of detail. Nodes in different layers of the hierarchical appearance model correspond to different levels of detail.

  • Publication number: 20120178210
Abstract: A method of fabricating a memory cell includes forming a bottom electrode on a substrate, a variable resistive material layer on the bottom electrode, and a top electrode on the variable resistive material layer. A first metal oxide layer interposes the top electrode and the variable resistive material layer. In an embodiment, the first metal oxide layer is a self-formed layer provided by the oxidation of a portion of the top electrode. In an embodiment, a second metal oxide layer is provided interposing the first metal oxide layer and the variable resistive material layer. The second metal oxide may be a self-formed layer formed by the reduction of the variable resistive material layer.

  • Publication number: 20120014589
Abstract: A method uses a time domain reflectometer (TDR) to determine unqualified clasps of a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) socket. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) captures an image of an unqualified clasp and magnifies the image from a nanometer scale to view the unqualified clasp. An electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) obtains a degree of oxidation at each position of the unqualified clasp in response to a determination that the unqualified clasp is oxidated. A Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) displays a position of the soldering flux using in response to the determination that the unqualified clasp comprises the soldering flux.

  • Publication number: 20110077645
Abstract: An electrosurgical pencil with synchronous evacuation function includes a pencil body defined with a first containing space and a second containing space therethrough. The first containing space is adapted to contain an electropencil. The second containing space is adapted to be an evacuation passage. A first front end of the electropencil is mounted with a replaceable electrode. A first rear of the electropencil is adapted to connect to an electric wire connected to a current generator. A second front end of the second containing space is integrally formed a tubular body having an opening. A second rear end of the second containing space is mounted with a connector. The connector is connected to a suction instrument with a negative pressure via a soft tube. When the end portion of the electrode operates, the opening of the evacuating passage draws smoke and blood at the same time.
