  • Patent number: 11964811
Abstract: A liquid storage tank includes a housing, a piston located in the housing, a cover, an elastic element, and an outlet pipe. The cover is attached to the housing and has a support post extending toward the piston. The piston, the housing, and the cover define a tank chamber. The tank chamber is filled with cooling liquid. The elastic element is connected with the tank hosing and the piston. The elastic element is free from contact with the cooling liquid. The outlet pipe communicates with the tank chamber. An extension direction of an opening of the outlet pipe is not parallel to a direction of movement of the elastic element. When the cooling liquid is decreased, the piston compressed the tank chamber such that the elastic element is released. The tank chamber is continuously compressed by pairing the elastic element and the piston.

  • Publication number: 20240107776
Abstract: An antiferroelectric field effect transistor (Anti-FeFET) of a memory cell includes an antiferroelectric layer instead of a ferroelectric layer. The antiferroelectric layer may operate based on a programmed state and an erased state in which the antiferroelectric layer is in a fully polarized alignment and a non-polarized alignment (or a random state of polarization), respectively. This enables the antiferroelectric layer in the FeFET to provide a sharper/larger voltage drop for an erase operation of the FeFET (e.g., in which the FeFET switches or transitions from the programmed state to the erased state) relative to a ferroelectric material layer that operates based on switching between two opposing fully polarized states.

  • Patent number: 11181597
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an operating method of an automatic analysis system on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which includes steps as follows. Images are received from of the subject's brain from the MRI machine. Contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images and T2-weighted images are obtained from the images, and the pre-processing is performed on the images. The ratio of T2-weighted images to contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images is calculated to generate contrast-enhanced images. The unsupervised clustering is performed on the region of interest in the contrast-enhanced image to separate a cystic part and a non-cystic part so as to calculate the feature parameters. After radiosurgery is performed on the brain tumor corresponding to the region of interest, the volume change of the tumor is analyzed. The linear regression analysis of the feature parameters and the volume change of the tumor is performed for prognostic evaluation.

  • Patent number: 8525571
Abstract: A voltage amplitude limiting circuit of a full differential circuit is provided for limiting voltage levels of a differential signal. The voltage amplitude limiting circuit includes a reference voltage generating unit and a replacing circuit. The reference voltage generating unit generates a high reference voltage and a low reference voltage. The replacing circuit is coupled to the reference voltage generating unit, a first input terminal and a second input terminal. When voltage at the first input terminal is greater than the high reference voltage, the replacing circuit uses the high reference voltage to replace the voltage at the first input terminal to serve as an output. When voltage at the first input terminal is less than the low reference voltage, the replacing circuit uses the low reference voltage to replace the voltage at the first input terminal to serve as an output.

  • Patent number: 7701287
Abstract: The present invention discloses a voltage detection type overcurrent protection device, which applies to the output stage of a CMOS Class-D audio amplifier. Generally, a Class-D audio amplifier is used to drive a high-load loudspeaker; therefore, it needs a high-current driver. When there is a short circuit in the load, the high current will burn out the driver stage. The present invention detects the output voltage to indirectly monitor whether the output current is too large. Once an overcurrent is detected, the output-stage transistor is turned off to stop high current lest the circuit be burned out.
