    Abstract: A hinge mechanism for rotatably coupling a flip element to a body portion of an electronic device has a pivot member provided at an end of the flip element with two shafts at the opposite ends thereof, a retaining member disposed in the body portion, and a cover. The retaining member has two abutments with a pair of first grooves defined in the bottom surfaces thereof for the shafts riding therein. First ladderlike rims are formed along edges of the retaining member. The cover has two shoulders with a pair of second grooves defined in the top surfaces thereof. Second ladderlike rims are formed along edges of the cover. The first ladderlike rims engage with the second ladderlike rims to secure the cover on the retaining member, and the first grooves and the second grooves are aligned to define shaft holes for the shafts rotating therein.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an accessorial ejecting mechanism mounted beneath a male mold section. The accessorial ejecting mechanism includes an accessorial plate, a rail, a slider, and a movable board. The accessorial plate secured to the male mold section has a recess in the top surface thereof. The rail is received in the recess and fixed to the accessorial plate. The slider, connecting a driving device, is slidable along the rail. The slider defines at least a guiding groove whose opposite ends are in different height. The movable board is also received in the recess. At least a guiding post is fixed to a side of the movable board and extends outwardly into the guiding groove. Sliding of the slider makes the movable board move up and down. Pin cores for forming pinholes of a molded article are fixed to the movable board so as to move up and down together with the movable board.

    Abstract: A Mold assembly for forming a plastic article includes a fixed plate, a female mold, a male mold, a first sliding mechanism, a second sliding mechanism, a following block, a threaded pole, and a shaft. The male mold defines a slot. The first sliding mechanism includes a first slider received in the slot and a first inclined pin secured to the fixed plate. The second sliding mechanism includes a second slider received in the slot and a second inclined pin secured to the female mold. A molding cavity is formed in the second slider. The following block for withstanding the second slider is fixed to the female mold. The threaded pole is inserted into the molding cavity for forming an internal thread of the plastic article. An end of the shaft is connected to a driver and the other end is connected to the threaded pole to bring it rotation. While opening the mold assembly, firstly, the first inclined pin pushes the first slider sliding rearward to allow the threaded pole unscrewed.
