    Abstract: An automatic production method of making a light-emitting-diode lamp tube is disclosed. The method includes providing a circuit board in a shape of a long strip, printing a bonding layer, mounting electronic inserts, heating up the circuit board, assembling a heat dissipation seat, assembling a translucent cover and assembling an end cap, thereby accomplishing the lamp tube. By the abovementioned steps, the light-emitting-diode lamp tube can be produced automatically, the manufacturing process can be simplified to reduce the labor cost, and the yield factor can be improved considerably.

    Abstract: By a simple insertion operation, a connector forms electric conduction by contact, and is therefore applied to a fluorescent lamp tube, a power-saving lamp tube or a similar lamp tube. A light-emitting-diode lamp tube of the present invention includes a light module and two end caps. The connector connects the two end caps at two ends of the light module, and is composed of an insulator body, a conductive plate and a connection terminal. The insulator body includes an insertion slot, the connection terminal is disposed in the insertion slot to connect with the conductive plate, and includes two elastic terminal units. By inserting directly a conductive terminal of the end cap into the connector, and forming electric conduction by contact with each elastic terminal unit, electricity is transmitted, thereby constituting a structure that can be assembled easily, and parts thereof can be replaced and repaired by an ordinary person.

    Abstract: An end cap includes a body and a conductive terminal formed integrally with the body by injection molding. The body includes an inner annular wall to assemble with a lamp tube, the conductive terminal includes two electric connecting units and a pole-like conducting unit being in the inner annular wall and containing a longitudinal through-hole. Each electric connecting unit and the pole-like conducting unit are connected together by a joining unit and each electric connecting unit is extended out of the body from a joining unit. By inserting the end cap terminal, electricity is conducted by contact to transmit electric energy, forming a structure that can be assembled easily, parts thereof can be replaced and repaired by an ordinary person, and an electric connector thereof can rotate by 360 degrees to adjust an angle of irradiation. Moreover, the end cap is formed integrally and directly to simplify the manufacturing process.

    Abstract: A lamp holder fixture is disclosed. The lamp holders of the present invention are positioned respectively at one tail end of a lamp tube by the fixtures. At least a through-hole is disposed near a tail end of the lamp tube, the lamp holder is formed with a positioning hole corresponding to the through-hole, and the fixture is provided with two elastic arms and an abut portion that connects the two elastic arms. A tail end of the elastic arm is formed with a latch portion and the latch portion is transfixed into the through-hole and the positioning hole orderly to sheath the lamp holder at the lamp tube, so that the lamp holder can be positioned quickly.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) includes a heat dissipation structure characterized by having a heat dissipating fluidic coolant filled in a hermetically sealed housing where at least one LED chip mounted on a metallic substrate is dwelled inside. The heat dissipation structure is configured with a metallic wall erected from the metallic substrate, which is used to hold a transparent cap of the sealed housing in correct position. Furthermore, the erected wall surrounds in proximity with the at least one LED chip, so that the joule heat generated therefrom can be quickly spread out, through the heat dissipating fluidic coolant, to the erected wall, and then diffused along the wall down to the metallic substrate which adjoins with a larger external heat sink for draining the heat, thus preventing the at least one LED from overheating.

    Abstract: A smart light emitting diode cluster and system includes a central processing unit (CPU) and a plurality of LED cluster strings, each comprising a plurality of LED cluster connected in series. Each LED cluster includes an LED drive circuit and a plurality of LEDs. The CPU receives external input image signal, and then desired control signal and image data are sent to the LED cluster strings by appropriate processing. The control signal is used to switch the LEDs in the cluster to generate desired image and related color variation. The control signal and image data are transferred to the next LED cluster by the present LED drive circuit. In this manner, the control signal and image data are progressively transferred from the first to the last cluster so that a whole image with color variation can be displayed by all the LEDs in the system.
