    Abstract: An organic/inorganic composite structure is provided for serving as an overcoat of a capacitive touch panel. Such structure provides the overcoat with a capacitive property and refraction so that the sensitivity and the transparency of the touch panel are improved. Moreover, the entire thickness of the touch panel is also reduced in accordance with the present invention.
