Abstract: An electric-power conversion apparatus includes a driving circuit that performs switching control of semiconductor switching devices, a short-circuit control means that performs short-circuit control of an electric-power conversion circuit, an excessive-current detection means that detects whether or not an abnormality caused by an excessive current exists in the semiconductor switching device, and a gate-drive-abnormality detection means that detects whether or not an abnormality exists in a gate voltage of the semiconductor switching device; based on a result of the abnormality detection by the excessive-current detection means and a result of the abnormality detection by the gate-drive-abnormality detection means, the short-circuit control means turns on all the semiconductor switching devices in any one of the upper arm and the lower arm so as to perform the short-circuit control.

Abstract: It is intended to provide an eye drop preparation capable of preventing not only degradation of latanoprost in water but also adsorption of latanoprost onto a plastic container so that a decrease in latanoprost content thereof is satisfactorily prevented. The eye drop preparation contains an ophthalmic solution composition containing components (A) and (B) and packed in a plastic container: (A) latanoprost; and (B) a nonionic surfactant.

Abstract: Disclosed is an eye drop preparation comprising latanoprost, which is characterized in that the degradation of latanoprost in water can be prevented, the adsorption of latanoprost onto a plastic container can be prevented, and therefore the decrease in the latanoprost content can be prevented satisfactorily. The eye drop preparation comprises an eye drop composition comprising the following components (A)-(B) and packed in a plastic container: (A) latanoprost; and (B) a nonionic surfactant.
