The solvent mixed is carried with a high-pressure air to spray uniformly on a negative conductive layer or a negative glass substrate, a thickness of a film sprayed by the solvent mixed can be adjusted and controlled by a spraying frequency thereof, and the film can be even and uniform and the carbon nanotubes can expose out easily to generate electrons and increase current density thereby in the spraying manner.
