    Abstract: A vehicle sun visor 1 includes a sun visor main body 2 attached to the interior of a vehicle via a holding shaft 10. The sun visor main body 2 has an external frame 3 which is frame-shaped and provided along the outer edge of the sun visor main body 2, and a plate member 4 releasably attached in such a position so as to occupy an open window 5 penetrating at the central portion of the external frame 3. The plate member 4 can be attached and detached by sliding the plate member 4 along a sliding groove 8 provided on the external frame 3.
