  • Publication number: 20190249045
Abstract: To provide a hot-melt adhesive agent which has excellent retention strength and anti-fragrance property, and shows little residual adhesive and unpleasant odor. A hot-melt adhesive agent having a thermoplastic block copolymer (A), the (A) being a copolymer of vinyl class aromatic hydrocarbons and conjugated diene compounds, wherein the thermoplastic block copolymer (A) comprises an unhydrogenized triblock type styrene isoprene block copolymer (A1) and an unhydrogenized styrene butadiene block copolymer (A2), and the hot-melt adhesive agent does not comprise an ?-methyistyrene class resin (B) in an amount of not less than 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of (A) and (B).

  • Publication number: 20140363668
Abstract: The present invention provides an aqueous dispersion type adhesive which is excellent in adhesion and is accurately ejected through a nozzle without fouling the nozzle when the adhesive is applied by a nozzle coater, and a paper product obtainable by applying the aqueous dispersion type adhesive. An aqueous dispersion type adhesive including an ethylene-vinyl acetate based modified emulsion and a plasticizer, the plasticizer containing an acetyl group-containing compound, is excellent in adhesive strength and does not cause fouling of a nozzle when the adhesive is ejected through the nozzle of a nozzle coater. When the acetyl group-containing compound contains triacetin, adhesion between a paper and a metal foil is improved, and thus fouling of a nozzle is less likely to occur. Moreover, when the ethylene-vinyl acetate based modified emulsion contains a modification having a carboxyl group attached thereto, fouling of a nozzle is much less likely to occur, preferably.

  • Publication number: 20130011671
Abstract: This invention provides an adhesive for roll-shaped paper which has a high initial adhesiveness and causes the paper to peel easily without making the application surface sticky, and a roll-shaped paper on which this adhesive for roll-shaped paper is applied. An adhesive for roll-shaped paper, comprising a saccharide (A), a viscosity modifier (B), and a glycol and/or triol (C), is provided. The adhesive has excellent initial adhesiveness as well as excellent peeling ability, and does not produce stickiness. The adhesive for roll-shaped paper of this invention is applied at the start of the winding of the roll-shaped paper and it can be used in an especially useful manner as a pick-up agent.
