  • Publication number: 20240141950
Abstract: A screw locking unit structure includes a screw main body having a head portion, a stem portion extended from a lower side of the head portion, a first screw locking section located below the stem portion, and a second screw locking section located below the first screw locking section; and an elastic element being externally fitted around the stem portion. The first screw locking section and the second screw locking section are externally provided with a first and a second male thread, respectively. The first and the second male thread are structurally different from one another to not only enable the screw main body to be temporarily held to an assembling interface before the latter is screw locked in place later, but also provide a function of stopping screwing automatically to prevent the second locking section extended through the assembling interface from being excessively screwed into a heat source.

  • Publication number: 20120103563
Abstract: An intermingling-preventive heat transfer element, and an intermingling-prevention tool and method are disclosed. The heat transfer element is provided at a specific position with at least one limiting section, and the intermingling-prevention tool therefor is provided at a position corresponding to the limiting section with at least one limiting post. The heat transfer element is used along with the intermingling-prevention tool therefor with the limiting post of the tool extending through the limiting section of the heat transfer element. Therefore, by using the heat transfer element along with the intermingling-prevention tool therefor, the specification of the heat transfer element can be easily identified, preventing the heat transfer element from intermingling with other heat transfer elements.

  • Patent number: 7243413
Abstract: A fixing tool for quickly setting up a secure device with an engaging member and a secure unit is used for mounting the secure device to an electronic component. The fixing tool includes a main member, a driving member with an extending part pivotally connected to the main member and an ejection member with an ejecting part disposed at the bottom cover of the main member. The bottom cover defines a moving direction and a rotating direction and the driving member rotates between a prior-trigger position and a trigger position along the rotating direction and the ejection member moves between a prior-ejecting position and an ejection position. When the driving member is disposed at the prior-trigger position, the ejection member is at the prior-ejecting position. When the driving member is disposed at the trigger position, the ejection member is disposed at the ejection position and the engaging member in the containing chamber is pushed by the ejection member to join with the secure unit.

  • Patent number: 7057897
Abstract: Means for securing a cooling device includes a main body attached to the cooling device and at least a secure unit. The main body provides at least an axial hole corresponding to the secure unit. The secure unit provides a secure component, which is disposed in the axial hole, and an elastic member, which is disposed in the axial hole to surround the secure component, with a locator being inserted into the engaging part of the main body. The secure unit is biased by the elastic member against the electronic component on the circuit board under a condition of no relative movement and no abrasive wear occurring between the elastic member and the main body due to the locator being inserted into the engaging part. Therefore, no chippings are created to fall down to the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20050225944
Abstract: A secure device of a radiation module is capable of removing heat generated by at least electronic component on a circuit board. The secure device includes a radiation module and at least a secure unit. The radiation module has a main body with an axial hole, an engaging part and a cooling unit on the main body keeping contact with electronic component. The secure unit provides a secure component, which is disposed in the axial hole, and provides an elastic member, which is disposed in the axial hole to surround the secure component, with a locator engaging with the engaging part of the main body so as to be retained in the main body.
