  • Patent number: 8496891
Abstract: A reaction container holder capable of inhibiting the lowering of the transfer efficiency of heat transferred from a rotating member to a bottom surface of a reaction container, and an analyzer comprising the reaction container holder, are provided. In a reaction container holder comprising: a retaining member unit comprising a plurality of container retaining sections for retaining reaction containers, which house a reaction liquid containing a reagent and a specimen; and a circular rotating member for detachably fixing the unit from above and rotating, the holder keeping the container at a constant temperature by transferring heat from a heat source through the rotating member to the container, the rotating member comprises a level difference section, an upper surface of which is positioned below a bottom surface of the container retained by the unit and above a bottom part of the section, when the retaining member unit is fixed.

  • Patent number: 7911689
Abstract: A microscope includes an observation optical unit that has a zoom optical system having variable zoom power and an objective lens optically connected to the zoom optical system, the observation optical unit receiving observation light emitted from an observation sample, a focusing unit that has a focusing mechanism to focus the observation optical unit on the observation sample, a light source unit that emits illuminating light to illuminate the observation sample, and an illuminating unit that has a reflecting optical element disposed in the observation optical unit but out of an optical path of the zoom optical system, the illuminating unit being partially disposed in the focusing unit, the illuminating unit illuminating the observation sample with the illuminating light via the reflecting optical element and the objective lens.

  • Publication number: 20090122396
Abstract: A stereoscopic microscope according to the invention includes an observing optical unit 10 that has a zoom optical system 501 having variable zoom power and an objective lens 63 optically connected to the zoom optical system 501, and that receives observing light emitted from a specimen 2. The stereoscopic microscope also includes an illuminating unit 7 that emits illuminating light to illuminate the specimen 2. The microscope further includes a near co-axial epi-illuminatory optical system that has a reflecting mirror 13 disposed in the observing optical unit 10 but out of the optical path of the zoom optical system 501, and that illuminates the specimen 2 with illuminating light via the reflecting mirror and objective lens 6.

  • Publication number: 20080043350
Abstract: A microscope lens barrel includes a lens barrel section in which a fixed tube is fixed to a lens barrel body, one of two holding tubes arranged parallel to and equidistant from a center axis of the fixed tube is provided to be movable without changing a distance from the center axis, and an optical system is placed to maintain directions of optical axes so that two optical paths split by transmitting and reflecting an incident optical path are always aligned with center axes of the holding tubes, and a reticle anti-rotation unit in which a reticle plate is placed so that a plane on which a reticle is provided is perpendicular to the center axis of the movable holding tube and which is removably mounted to the fixed tube and the movable holding tube in a state where a holding mechanism holding a direction of the reticle plate on the center axis to the microscope body is integrated.
