  • Publication number: 20050054278
Abstract: This invention relates to an improvement of a clip mechanism on a grinding cloth platform and the clip mechanism includes a jack post, a movable knob, and a clamp, mainly making a bottom side of the movable knob equally goes across the suppressed clamp at the two sides of the jack post of the clamp linking with a pivot, thereby providing a precise clamp force to the clamp; through a hexagonal combination covering hole, the clamp is put on a hexagonal driving portion of the jack post so as to disallow the clamp turn around the shaft and to make it stably downward move, thereby making the clamping tooth provided at its bottom side precisely align with the table board to clamp the grinding cloth for its location on the bottom side of the grinding cloth platform for smooth and stable grinding when a surface of an object is ground on the platform.

  • Patent number: 6718850
Abstract: This invention relates an improvement of the torque transfer mechanism exclusively applied to the socket wrench. General speaking, it is an improvement made on the prior art of the socket wrench now popular and available in the tool market. Inside the shank of the socket wrench, it contains a rotary rod connected with a bevel gear which is further meshed with a ring gears on the wrench head. Without changing the profile of the socket wrench, it forms a torque transfer mechanism with robust structure and easy assembly. It provides stable and practical output of the torque for tightening and loosening the bolt.

  • Patent number: 6684738
Abstract: A torque transfer mechanism for a socket wrench includes a handle and a turning shank that are integrally formed from the same metallic material. The turning shank is implanted in an annual slot disposed at a central part of the handle head in an effort to enhance rigid bending and the durability of the handle and the turning shank. The handle head contains a hollow chamber to receive a tubular socket wrench.

  • Publication number: 20030154825
Abstract: This invention relates to an improvement of handle for the socket wrench, a continuation of the application of “An Improvement of Torque Transfer Mechanism for Socket Wrench” that the inventor previously submitted for a grant of patent, in which the handle and the turning shank are an integrally formed element with same metallic material; the turning shank is implanted in the annual slot disposed at the central part of the handle head in an effort to enhance rigid bending and durability of the handle and the turning shank. The handle head contains a hollow chamber to receive the tubular socket wrench.

  • Publication number: 20020190412
Abstract: An in-die control method for manufacturing super thin housings for semiconductor memory cards, it uses a closable die set, a vacuum pump, a pressure detecting device and a digital control device, wherein: A vacuum pump is connected with the article shaping area of the die set; the pressure detecting device is connected to the internal camber of the die set and is operated in the mode of in-die control, so that during injecting under a high pressure to press feeding material, a vacuum pump in the shaping area of the die set is activated, and simultaneously gas in the die set is extracted outwardly to prevent creating of back pressure; meantime, the pressure detecting device detects the internal pressure of the die set, when the pressure detected is overly large, the digital control device is activated to manipulate the injection molding apparatus to return the feeding material in time.
