Abstract: An electronic device including an electronic unit and a redistribution layer is disclosed. The electronic unit has connection pads. The redistribution layer is electrically connected to the electronic unit and includes a first insulating layer, a first metal layer and a second insulating layer. The first insulating layer is disposed on the electronic unit and has first openings disposed corresponding to the connection pads. The first metal layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the electronic unit through the connection pads. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first metal layer. The first insulating layer includes first filler particles, and the second insulating layer includes second filler particles. The first filler particles have a first maximum particle size, the second filler particles have a second maximum particle size, and the second maximum particle size is greater than the first maximum particle size.

Abstract: A pair of scissors has a fixed handle, a fixed jaw extending from one end of the fixed handle, a movable jaw pivotable with respect to the fixed jaw, a movable handle pivoted with the fixed jaw along with the movable jaw by a common pivot, and a gear transmission mechanism. The gear transmission mechanism has a rack located at one end of the movable jaw, a drive gear rotatably mounted on the fixed jaw and engaged with the rack, and two driven gears rotatably mounted on the fixed jaw and engaged with the drive gear and the toothed edge of the movable jaw. The two driven gears are driven by the drive gear to cause the movable jaw to move toward or away from the fixed jaw.

Abstract: Gear-driven shears include two grips, the fixed jaw, and the movable jaw and gear wheel module. The fixed jaw and the first grip are connected together at a joint of plate assembly module. The corresponding ends of movable jaw and the second grip are installed on the first pivot axle and second pivot axle of the plate assemble module. The characteristic of the invention is that one curved plate is installed additionally on one side of the movable jaw. Its first end is also installed on the first pivot axle of the plate assembly module sharing the same rotating point with the movable jaw. Meanwhile it is installed on the first edge of the curved plate together with the first tooth edge of the movable jaw. The second edge of the curved plate is equipped with wedge, which is locked in the notch on one side of the movable jaw. The middle section of curved plate is made into a curve.

Abstract: A gear-drive shear comprises two grips, the fixed jaw, and the movable jaw and gear wheel module. The fixed jaw and the first grip are connected together at a joint of plate assembly module. The corresponding ends of movable jaw and the second grip are installed on the first pivot axle and second pivot axle of the plate assemble module. This gear wheel module consists of two gears. They are installed between the corresponding ends of the movable jaw and the second grip on the plate assembly module respectively, among which, the same sides of these two gears jointly mesh with the tooth edge of the second grip, while the other side of the second gear wheel meshes with the tooth edge of the movable jaw. Abstract: A pair of pipe shears includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw pivoted with the fixed jaw. The fixed jaw is provided with a pipe-locating structure including two locating members, each being formed of a seat block and a back block. The seat block is provided with an arcuate skidproof surface while the back block is provided with a front inclined surface. The arcuate skidproof surface and the front inclined surface work in tandem to locate securely a pipe which is acted on by the blade of the movable jaw.

The push claw is actuated by the secondary handle to urge a toothed portion of the movable jaw, thereby resulting in the progressive moment of the movable jaw toward the fixed jaw so as to cut a workpiece held between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw. The movable jaw moves away from the fixed jaw at the time when the secondary handle is moved away from the primary handle so as to actuate the connection rod to pull the lower end of the movable jaw.
