Abstract: The present disclosure describes structures and methods for a via structure for three-dimensional integrated circuit (IC) packaging. The via structure includes a middle portion that extends through a planar structure and a first end and a second end each connected to the middle portion and on a different side of the planar structure. One or more of the first end and the second end includes one or more of a plurality of vias and a pseudo metal layer.

Abstract: A system (for generating a layout diagram of a wire routing arrangement) includes a processor and memory including computer program code for one or more programs, the system generating the layout diagram including: placing, relative to a given one of masks in a multi-patterning context, a given cut pattern at a first candidate location over a corresponding portion of a given conductive pattern in a metallization layer; determining that the first candidate location results in an intra-row non-circular group of a given row which violates a design rule, the intra-row non-circular group including first and second cut patterns which abut a same boundary of the given row, and a total number of cut patterns in the being an even number; and temporarily preventing placement of the given cut pattern in the metallization layer at the first candidate location until a correction is made which avoids violating the design rule.

The second level data nodes possessed by the working data node are listed in the working menu. The non-selected first level data nodes are listed as a switching menu. Finally, the working menu, the switching menu, and the database name are combined into a display menu.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for synchronously monitoring and controlling multiple media devices, such as the DVD-RW drive, the music player, the TV tuner, the DVD player, etc. The system includes a user interface in form of a polyhedron like a cube, and one surface of the polyhedron is able to present the operation status of each media device which is coupled to the media center of the system. To demonstrate the operation statuses, the indicator lights with distinguishable colors could be applied. Besides, the way of operation status expression may further include the preview window and the progress bar. With the system, especially the user interface thereof, the user is able to monitor and control a great amount of media devices synchronously and instantly in a convenient and simple way.

Abstract: An apparatus of producing preview files for previewing data frames. The inventive apparatus includes a playback engine, a rendering engine, and a drawing engine. The playback engine evaluates source frame data to obtain source frame grades, receives preview grade information, and sends a preview requirement according to the preview grade information. The rendering engine receives the preview requirement, obtains frame data from files according to the preview requirement and the source frame grades, and transfers the frame data into preview files. The drawing engine receives the preview frame files and outputs preview frames of the preview files.
