    Abstract: A foldable electronic device is provided and includes a central base, a torque module, two wing members, two transmission members, two panel bodies, a synchronous module and a flexible screen. The torque module is disposed on the central base, the wing members pivot relative to the central base, the transmission members are pivotally connected to the torque module and the central base, the panel bodies pivot relative to the wing members and linearly slide relative to the transmission members, the synchronous module drives the transmission members to reverse synchronously, and the flexible screen is arranged on the panel bodies and the wing members and includes a bendable area. The flexible screen is flattened when the panel bodies are in an unfolded state, and the bendable area bends when the panel bodies are in a folded state.

    Abstract: A bonding structure that may be used to form 3D-IC devices is formed using first oblong bonding pads on a first substrate and second oblong bonding pads one a second substrate. The first and second oblong bonding pads are laid crosswise, and the bond is formed. Viewed in a first cross-section, the first bonding pad is wider than the second bonding pad. Viewed in a second cross-section at a right angle to the first, the second bonding pad is wider than the first bonding pad. Making the bonding pads oblong and angling them relative to one another reduces variations in bonding area due to shifts in alignment between the first substrate and the second substrate. The oblong shape in a suitable orientation may also be used to reduce capacitive coupling between one of the bonding pads and nearby wires.

    Abstract: A flexible screen comprises a multi-layer display structure and a covering structure. The multi-layer display structure includes an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface, and the inner surface faces towards the foldable electronic device. The covering structure is disposed on the outer surface of the multi-layer display structure and includes a substrate layer and a plurality of nano-protrusions. The nano-protrusions are formed in array on at least one side of the substrate layer. The flexible screen can transform between an unfolded state and a folded state, and a bending section is partially formed when the flexible screen is in the folded state. The nano-protrusions located in the bending section can release the stress generated in the bending section when the flexible screen transform between the unfolded state and the folded state.

Then, the plural read records are classified into read records with a first read result and read records with a second read result. Then, a first portion of the read records with the first read result are divided into K0 groups according to a clustering algorithm, and a second portion of the read records with the second read result are divided into K1 groups according to the clustering algorithm. Then, the read records of the K0 groups and the K1 groups are used to train prediction models. Consequently, K0×K1 prediction models are generated. In use, if a greater voice is needed, the structure provided may achieve the effect without operation at full power. Therefore the response in a low frequency is good and thus the sound quality in lower frequency is not affected.

    Abstract: An improved structure of a speaker comprises a cone frame, a surround and a diaphragm, wherein a circumference of the diaphragm is sealed to an edge of an opening of the cone frame. A container portion is disposed on an inner side of the opening of the cone frame. The surround is disposed between the diaphragm and the container portion of the cone frame. Therefore, when an audio-frequency electrical signal is coupled with a voice coil inside the cone frame, the voice coil outputs an audio signal to drive the diaphragm to move and generate a sound. The present invention uses the surround to let the diaphragm move up and down with less resistance, which helps the diaphragm move more smoothly and reduces a distortion of sounds and increases the sensitivity of sound pressure level by enlarging the diaphragm moving area.
