  • Publication number: 20100200708
Abstract: A wall hook includes an inserting head and a levering handle. The inserting head has a front penetrating tip and a rear fulcrum end. The levering handle includes a cable holder and a fastening enhancer. The cable holder is transversely and integrally extended from the inserting head, wherein the cable holder defines a receiving cavity and an access opening communicating with the receiving cavity for allowing a user to dispose at least one cable in the receiving cavity via the access opening. On the other hand, the fastening enhancer is transversely and inclinedly extended from the inserting head in such a manner that when the inserting head is rotatably inserted on the wall surface, the fastening enhancer is arranged to be rotated until the fastening enhancer basis against the wall surface for restricting a further axial displacement of the wall hook while providing an enhanced torque applying structure.

  • Publication number: 20100155501
Abstract: A self-controllable device for a sprinkle arrangement of a water sprinkle system includes a pipe joint and a water regulator. The pipe joint has a water channel adapted for operatively coupling with the water sprinkle system to guide a water flow passing from the water pipe line to the water channel. The water regulator, which is coupled with the pipe joint, includes a regulator body having a water detouring passage operatively communicating with the water channel for guiding the water flow passing to one of the sprinkle heads, and a flow adjuster operatively extended within the water detouring passage for selectively controlling the water flow passing from the water channel to the water detouring passage. Therefore, when the flow adjustor is actuated for blocking the water flow passing to the water detouring passage, the respective sprinkle head is shut off while other sprinkle heads are remained operated.

  • Patent number: 7730623
Abstract: A frame jamb marker includes a sliding panel for sliding on the side surface of the frame and a guiding panel perpendicularly extended from the sliding panel for sliding on the marking surface of the frame, wherein the guiding panel has a top stepping edge and a bottom stepping edge to define a top marking point and a bottom marking point at stepping corners at the top and bottom stepping edges respectively. The user is able to point a marker tool on the marking surface at one of the top and bottom marking points. When the sliding panel is slid on the side surface to drive the guiding panel sliding on the marking surface, the marker tool is guided to slidably mark on the marking surface to make a straight marking line thereon so as to precisely form the marking line parallel to the common edge of the frame.

  • Patent number: 7726619
Abstract: A wall hook includes an inserting head defining a rotational axis, and a levering handle. The inserting head has a front penetrating tip adapted for rotatably inserting into a wall surface of the wall and a rear fulcrum end rearwardly extended from the penetrating tip along the rotational axis. The levering handle has a transverse arm integrally and transversely extended from the fulcrum end of the inserting head to substantially prolong a torque distance along the transverse arm with respect to the rotational axis, and a controlling arm integrally extended from the transverse arm in such a manner that when the levering handle is rotated, the inserting head is driven to rotate for rotatably penetrating into the wall so as to minimize a torque required to directly apply at the inserting head.

  • Publication number: 20090260196
Abstract: A self-secure mount for a tubular object includes an outer holder and an inner holder. The outer holder includes two spaced apart holding panels and an arc-shaped cornering panel extended between the two holding panels for applying an elastic clipping force between the holding panels. The inner holder includes two spaced apart clipping panels overlapping with each other to define a clipping channel therebetween, wherein two inner edges of the clipping panels are extended towards a closed end of the clipping channel. The two inner edges of the clipping panels are adapted for pressing against an outer surface of the tubular object to retain the tubular object in position, such that when the holding panels are pressed to minimize a distance therebetween, the clipping force of the outer holder is substantially increased towards the inner edges of the clipping panels to hold the tubular object within the cornering panel.

  • Publication number: 20090045314
Abstract: A wall mount clip for sheet like materials includes a sheet base and a sheet retainer, wherein the upper end of the sheet retainer is mounted together with the upper end of the sheet base, and the sheet retainer is extended downwardly to the curled lower end which provides resilient force due to deformation of the sheet retainer. The contact point between the curled lower end and the sheet base extends continuously and latitudinally along the elongated lower end to form a contact line to exert said resilient force to hold the sheet like materials. The user can easily slide the sheet materials from the contact point from various angles upwardly to the empty space created by the sheet base and sheet retainer. The wall mount clip will not damage the sheet materials because the resilient is smaller than that generated by conventional clips.
