Abstract: A touch screen panel is provided, which includes a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of first etched lines, a plurality of second electrodes, and a plurality of second etched lines. The first electrodes are formed along a first direction and separated by the first etched lines. The second electrodes are formed along a second direction and separated by the second etched lines. A largest width of the first and second etched lines is C, and each of a plurality of overlapping regions formed by projecting the first and second etched lines in a third direction have an area less than or equal to C squared. The first, second, and third directions are perpendicular to each other.
