  • Patent number: 11635854
Abstract: A touch display screen includes a display panel, a touch-sensing part, a biosensor and a controller. The touch-sensing part is disposed on a light emitting side of the display panel and has a touch-sensing surface. The touch-sensing part includes a light-emitting device and a light receiver. The light-emitting device is used to provide at least one positioning light and at least one high-energy light. The light receiver is used to detect a change of the positioning light on the touch-sensing surface in response to a touch action and determine the position on which the touch action occurs on the touch-sensing surface. The biosensor is used to determine whether a living body getting close to the touch-sensing surface. The controller is used to drive the light-emitting device to selectively provide the positioning light and/or the high-energy light to the touch-sensing surface according to the determinations of the biosensor.

  • Patent number: 11604578
Abstract: A touch control method includes steps of detecting a plurality of contact points being touched on a touch panel at a certain time; obtaining a plurality of distances between each two of the plurality of contact points; selecting a largest distance smaller than a predetermined distance among the distances; selecting the contact points falling into a first circular area formed by the two end points of the largest distance in the touch panel as a first contact point cluster and recognizing them as a first touch point; determine the first coordinate of the first touch point; selecting a second contact point cluster among the remaining contact points, by the same way, and recognizing them as a second touch point; obtaining the second coordinate of the second touch point; and performing data processing on a corresponding position of an image display area according to the first and/or second coordinate.

  • Patent number: 11586350
Abstract: A cursor controlling method includes: A starting position on which a touch signal triggered by an object on the touch panel is detected, and a starting coordinate of the starting position is calculated; a cursor is display at a first coordinate on a display screen corresponding to the starting coordinate. A first vector of the object moving from the starting position to a first steering position on the touch panel is detected. The cursor is moved along a first moving vector corresponding to the first vector, with a first speed on the display screen, until the object is stopped on a first steering position of the touch panel, to make the cursor ended up at a first virtual position having a first virtual coordinate. The cursor is shifted from the first virtual coordinate to a second coordinate on the display screen and corresponding to the first steering position.

  • Patent number: 11016714
Abstract: A multi-screen splicing structure has a plurality of display devices. Each display device includes a display panel, a plurality of transceivers, a wireless communications module, and a control circuit. Each transceiver has a transmitting component and a receiving component. The control circuit is coupled to the display panel, the transceivers and the wireless communications module, and is used to turn on the wireless communications module when the control circuit determines that another display device is approaching based on a status of signals received by the receiving components of the transceivers to enable the wireless communications module performing wireless communications with a wireless communications module of another display device. The control circuit may also control an orientation of an image relative to the display panel according to the status of signals received by the receiving components of the transceivers of the display device.

  • Publication number: 20200380905
Abstract: A multi-screen splicing structure has a plurality of display devices. Each display device has a display panel, a sensing module, and a control circuit. When the sensing module of a display device senses the sensing module of another display device, the control circuit determines which side of the display panel is adjacent to the proximate display device according to the sensing states of a plurality of sensors of the sensing module. The control circuit controls a portion of pixels adjacent to the proximate display device to display a pattern.

  • Patent number: 7474535
Abstract: A replaceable liquid crystal display back plate for portable computer includes a back plate forming part of a housing of a liquid crystal display of a portable computer and being provided on an outer surface with a flat area. The flat area has a pair of outer edges provided at two opposed laterally outer sides of the flat area on the back plate, and a plurality of notches formed on the outer edges. A guide mechanism includes a plurality of L-shaped tabs provided at two laterally inner sides of the replaceable cover plate corresponding to the outer edges formed on the flat area of the back plate. When the replaceable cover plate is vertically downward set in the flat area on the back plate, the L-shaped tabs of the replaceable cover plate pass the notches of the back plate and then the replaceable cover plate is horizontally slid along the outer edges, so that the replaceable cover plate covers on the flat area of the back plate.
