Abstract: Provided herein are methods and related apparatus for depositing an ashable hard mask (AHM) on a substrate at high temperatures using an additive that reduces a competing etch process. Sulfur hexafluoride may be used to improve the deposition rate of the AHM with minimal changes to the properties of the resulting film.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods and related apparatus for depositing an ashable hard mask (AHM) on a substrate in a low pressure chamber using a dual frequency radio frequency component. Low pressure plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition may be used to increase the etch selectivity of the AHM, permitting the use of a thinner AHM for semiconductor processing operations.

Abstract: A baseboard management controller (BMC) server connects to an electronic device. The electronic device includes a BMC. The BMC server stores test instructions of test items of the BMC. If a user selects test items of the BMC, the BMC server download the corresponding test instructions to the electronic device. The electronic device executes the test instructions and acquires test results. If the test results accord with standard test results of the test items, the BMC server prompts that tests of the test items pass. If the test results do not accord with the standard test results of the test items, the BMC server determines that the tests of the test items fail.

Abstract: A computing device and method tests a redundant array of independent disks (RAID) device. The computing device controls a power supply device to cut off power of the RAID device, and controls the power supply device to provide the power to the RAID device after a predetermined time. The computing device reads an original test file from the RAID device and determines if the read file is identical to the original test file stored in the computing device. The computing device displays a test result of the RAID device on a display device of the computing device.

Abstract: A multimedia device includes a display, a multimedia processing unit, and a storage unit. The storage unit is connected to the display and multimedia processing unit. The multimedia processing unit includes a redundant array of independent disk (RAID) module. The storage unit includes a plurality of HDDs. If data stored in any of the HDD(s) is damaged, and the RAID module recovers the damaged data according to other HDD(s).
