  • Patent number: 7032544
Abstract: A hot water and steam generator includes a base, a first seal plate mounted on the base, a container mounted on a side of the first seal plate, a second seal plate mounted on the base, a mounting ring mounted between and sealed by the first seal plate and the second seal plate, and a rotation wheel rotatably mounted in the mounting ring. Thus, the hot water and steam generator increases the water temperature rapidly due to collision and friction of water molecules by rotation of the rotation wheel so as to produce hot water and steam easily, rapidly and conveniently.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 20, 2004
Date of Patent: April 25, 2006
    Inventors: Chin-Liang Kuo, Chun-Lin Lin, Hui-Tuan Tsai
  • Patent number: 7028643
Abstract: A hot water and steam generator includes a base, a first seal plate mounted on the base, a protruding container mounted on a side of the first seal plate, a second seal plate mounted on the base, a mounting ring mounted between the first seal plate and the second seal plate, and a rotation wheel rotatably mounted in the mounting ring. Thus, the hot water and steam generator increases the water temperature rapidly due to collision and friction of water molecules by rotation of the rotation wheel so as to produce hot water and steam easily and rapidly.

  • Patent number: 6966360
Abstract: A heat pipe includes a hollow body having a fluid filling end which is covered with an elastic sealing member. The sealing member is pierced with a needle by extending the needle through the sealing member and into the hollow body. Air is drawn out from within the hollow body through the needle and a heat transfer fluid is introduced into the hollow body through the needle. The sealing member provides a passage for the needle when the sealing member is pierced and contracts to seal the passage after the needle is removed from the sealing member.

Date of Patent: November 22, 2005
    Inventors: Chin-Kuang Luo, Chin-Liang Kuo
  • Patent number: 6915842
Abstract: A heat-transfer device includes a hollow heat-transfer member made of a thermally conductive material and confining a vacuum sealed chamber therein. The heat-transfer member includes a base portion that is adapted to be placed in thermal communication with a heat source. The base portion has an outer wall surface, an inner wall surface that is opposite to the outer wall surface and that confronts the vacuum sealed chamber, and at least one coolant groove that extends from the inner wall surface toward the outer wall surface and that is in fluid communication with the vacuum sealed chamber. An amount of liquid coolant is contained in the vacuum sealed chamber and is collected in the coolant groove.

  • Patent number: 6880580
Abstract: A heat pipe includes a hollow body having a receiving space and an open end, a cover member covering the open end, and having a filling hole in fluid communication with the receiving space and extending through an outer side of the cover member, an elastic sealing member fitted within the filling hole, and a heat transfer fluid disposed in the receiving space. The elastic sealing member is pierceable to provide a passage for injection of the heat transfer fluid through the elastic sealing member, and is contractible to seal the passage.
