Abstract: A vacuum process apparatus for preventing corrosion of a vacuum gauge is disclosed. The apparatus includes a process chamber used to proceed a vacuum process reaction. A vacuum gauge is connected to the process chamber. A protective gas source without water vapor which supplies a protective gas without water vapor into the process chamber to break vacuum in the process chamber after the vacuum process reaction within the process chamber is over. An isolation device between the process chamber and the vacuum gauge is actuated to isolate the process chamber from the vacuum gauge in an atmospheric pressure state caused by the protective gas without water vapor to avoid a pressure differential between the process chamber and the vacuum gauge.

Abstract: A semiconductor process apparatus and a SMIF pod used therein. The semiconductor process apparatus comprises a first support, a second support, and a SMIF pod. The first support includes a first pin and a first rotating device, and the first pin is rotated by the first rotating device in a first direction. The second support includes a second pin and a second rotating device, and the second pin is rotated by the second rotating device in a second direction opposite the first direction. The SMIF pod includes a base and a cover. The base includes a slot and an engaging member, and the cover defines a hole for the engaging member to be inserted into. The first pin is inserted into the slot when the SMIF pod is disposed on the first support, and the slot is rotated by the first pin in the first direction so that the engaging member is withdrawn from the hole.

Abstract: A single-functional shower head assembly includes a universal connector having a ball inserted into the top end of a shower head housing, and a fit ring having a slight elasticity fitted on the ball of the universal connector in a forcibly fit manner from the other end of the shower head housing, so that the universal connector is positioned in the shower head housing, and the other parts may then be assembled into the shower head housing, thereby decreasing cost of production and enhancing productivity. In addition, the quality of products can be enhanced.

Abstract: A printing or drawing mold for stocking includes a main mold having a pair of outer jacket plates, a pair of extendible side plates pivotedly formed on the main mold, a width adjuster formed on the upper portion of the mold operatively expanding the extendible side plates for the expansion of the stocking held on the mold and several printing beds formed on the main mold. When a stocking is placed over the main mold, decorative figures can be printed by the printing beds on the stocking or drawn directly thereon.
