Abstract: A system for nano-imprint with mold deformation detector is disclosed for real-time monitoring of the deformation of the mold. An electrostatic plate capacitor is embedded in the mold, serving as the deformation detector. The capacitor includes two opposite metal film electrodes formed by silicon micromachining technique on opposite surfaces of the mold and connected by a metal lead. During imprinting, the mold is acted upon by an external force and deformation occurs, which induces change of distance between the metal film electrodes and thus variation of the capacitance of the capacitor. The amount of deformation of the mold can then be assessed by comparing the capacitance with a reference. Thus, real-time detection and monitoring of the deformation of the nano-imprint mold is realized. Also disclosed is a method for carrying out the real-time monitoring of the deformation of the mold.

Abstract: A computer table includes a circular fixed tabletop, a table frame, and at least one rotatable table unit. An annular guide rail is connected fixedly to an upper portion of the table frame, and is disposed under the fixed tabletop. The rotatable table unit includes: a rotatable tabletop having an inner end portion with a curved end surface which has a curvature radius the same as that of a periphery of the fixed tabletop and which abuts against the periphery of the fixed tabletop; at least one roller connected rotatably to the rotatable tabletop and movable along the guide rail; and a support frame connected fixedly to the rotatable tabletop and provided with a caster unit so as to permit rotation of the rotatable table unit about the fixed tabletop.

The longitudinal support rail extends in a longitudinal direction, and has opposite rail ends disposed respectively on top of intermediate segments of end rails of the support pedestals. Each of the support braces includes a pedestal connecting portion and a rail connecting portion. The pedestal connecting portion has a first end connected pivotally to a respective one of the support pedestals, and an opposite second end. The rail connecting portion has a first end connected pivotally to the support rail, and an opposite second end connected pivotally to the second end of the pedestal connecting portion. The support rail and the end rails against a bottom surface of the table top.

Abstract: A foldable table comprises two table tops which are provided in the same side with a hand grip. Two leg supports are pivoted to the undersides of the table tops such that other sides of the leg supports are turned in the undersides of the table tops to join together. Four support frames are fastened in pair with the undersides of the table tops. The adjoining ends of the support frames are provided with two pivoting members, with each having a pivoting member, and a retaining member disposed on a pivoting member for fixing the position of the table tops in the unfolded state. A wrenching member is disposed on the retaining member and is extended out of the pivoting member for causing the retaining member to move.
