Abstract: A screw is provided that includes a head from which a shank extends. The shank has an end section at a distal end that includes a drilling portion. A conically-shaped tip potion is disposed at the distal end of the drilling portion and at least one guiding thread is spirally formed on the conically-shaped tip portion. A cutting edge is defined in the drilling portion by at least one groove formed therein.

Abstract: A screw includes a head and a shank which has a first end connected to the head and an end section is connected to a second end of the shank. A plurality of threads are connected to the shank. The end section includes a cylindrical portion and a come-shaped tip portion on which at least one wing extends and the cylindrical portion has a plane area. At least one groove is defined in the cylindrical portion and defines at least one cutting edge.

Abstract: A screw driving head includes a cross-shaped socket opening and a multilobular socket opening communicating with each other for receiving Phillips driver bits and multilobular driver bits. The screw driving head may further include a socket slot communicating with the cross-shaped socket opening and the multilobular socket opening for receiving standard driver tool bits. The cross-shaped socket opening has one of two pairs of opposite inclined surfaces communicating with the socket slot of the screw driving head.

Abstract: A flat headed screw structure includes a screw body having an axle face formed with an axially extended thread, and having a tail end provided with at least one cut groove. The cut groove has a top defining a cut groove opening. The cut groove opening further defines a scrap draining chute toward a center of the screw body. The scrap draining chute extends into the inner portion of the screw body and exceeds the central line of the screw body through a predetermined angle, thereby preventing scraps from blocking the cut groove opening.
