Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure includes forming a first interconnect feature in a first dielectric feature, the first interconnect feature including a first conductive element exposed from the first dielectric feature; forming a first cap feature over the first conductive element, the first cap feature including a first cap element which includes a two-dimensional material; forming a second dielectric feature with a first opening that exposes the first cap element; forming a barrier layer over the second dielectric feature while exposing the first cap element from the barrier layer; removing a portion of the first cap element exposed from the barrier layer; and forming a second conductive element in the first opening.

The accommodation groove has at least one drain hole, and the first outlet tube has a first outlet, a valve chamber and a water flow space. The second outlet tube has a second outlet. Between the water flow space and the at least one drain hole is defined a first water channel, and the water flow space has a first through orifice. The switch valve includes a holder, a controlling post, a closing member, and a resilient element. The closing member has a water stopping portion and a first locking portion which are formed on one side of the closing member facing to an aperture, and the first outlet tube has a second locking portion.

Abstract: A water faucet control valve comprises a valve and a control section seating in an oval mixed chamber of the valve. The valve comprises a pair of studs next to the chamber. The valve has an outlet for cold-hot-mixed water to flow there through. A pair of pin holes are formed next to the water outlet. The cold-hot water control section comprises a left and a right cups being isolated by a partitioner and a mobile axle. The left and right cups are in semi-circular post shape, each has a hole for the partitioner and the mobile axle to insert therein. Both the left and right cups, the partitioner, the mobile axle have separated cold and hot water passages, this has reduced the cost of manufacture and more feasibility.
