  • Patent number: 11973014
Abstract: Provided is a substrate structure including a substrate body, electrical contact pads and an insulating protection layer disposed on the substrate body, wherein the insulating protection layer has openings exposing the electrical contact pads, and at least one of the electrical contact pads has at least a concave portion filled with a filling material to prevent solder material from permeating along surfaces of the insulating protection layer and the electric contact pads, thereby eliminating the phenomenon of solder extrusion. Thus, bridging in the substrate structure can be eliminated even when the bump pitch between two adjacent electrical contact pads is small. As a result, short circuits can be prevented, and production yield can be increased.

  • Publication number: 20070171664
Abstract: A rotary wheel with a rowed-lights displaying device includes a rotary wheel, a set of rowed-lights, a detecting member and a controller. The set of rowed-lights set on the rotary wheel is provided with a row of lights controlled by the controller to turn on once while rotating for a preset angle along with the rotary wheel. The detecting member can detect the rotation speed of the rotary wheel and transmit the value of the speed to the controller that is able to calculate the time needed for the rotary wheel to rotate a preset angle to enable each light of the rowed-lights to precisely turn on/off as set up previously. Via the photogene theory, a person's eyes can see a complete message designed in advance by means of the lit rowed-rights on the rotary wheel.

  • Patent number: 7094180
Abstract: A control device for a jogging machine includes a stepping board, and a plurality of non-touch sensors arranged in line spaced apart equidistantly on two sides of the stepping board for sensing the position of the two feet of a user dropping on the stepping board for a controller to figure out the speed of the user and then adjust the speed of a moving band moving on and below the stepping board. The control device automatically adjusts the speed of the moving band to suit to the speed of the user's feet. Further, the control device has two angle adjusting sensors respectively fixed on two sides of a handle for adjusting the inclining angle of the stepping board by the user extending a hand nearer to either of the two adjusting sensors.

  • Publication number: 20060135318
Abstract: A device for displaying the exercise information of a sports apparatus includes a RS-232 transmission line connected with a micro-processor unit (MPU) that is connected with a monitor menu controller, which is provided for modulating the brightness, the contrast ratio and the vertical and horizontal location displayed on a monitor. The MPU transmits the RS-232 instruction between a sports apparatus and the monitor menu controller and also transmits signals to a microprocessor in the interior of the monitor. The signal put in order by the video controller is transmitted to the monitor menu controller that carries out two-way communication with a video modulator of a monitor. Thus the exercise information produced by an exerciser on a sports apparatus can be displayed on the monitor.

  • Publication number: 20060089238
Abstract: A color indicating system for indicating physical capability of a user used for a fitness appliance or machine includes different color combinations by lit up colored LED of a color indicator so as to indicate different physical capabilities. The color indication of the color indicator is controlled by physical capability of a user (or exerciser) during exercising on a fitness appliance, and different color combinations indicate the physical capability is insufficient or too excessive so that the exerciser may understand his/her own bodily condition from the color combinations shown by the color indicator.

  • Publication number: 20060084422
Abstract: A control glove includes a contact point provided on the thumb and the four fingers of the glove and a controller. The contact point on the thumb is a common point, and the contact points on the four fingers respectively direct one it e m of operations different from one another. All the contact points are electrically connected with the controller that contains a transmitter for transmitting signals to a receiver provided in a fitness machine or appliance. Then the thumb is moved by a user to optionally contact one of the four fingers to let their contact points contact each other to let electricity get through, and the controller transmits a signal of the selected item of operations to the receiver of the fitness machine or appliance to change the ongoing operation to the selected item of opeation.

  • Publication number: 20050238182
Abstract: A prescription remote-control system includes a designed prescription encoded by audio-frequency encoding technique, and then the encoded signal is burned with sounds or both sounds and images to make a sound or an image-and-sound prescription compact disk. After the sounds and images of the prescription compact disk are broadcast, an audio-frequency decoder will receive the sounds and decode them and then transmit the decoded signal to the controller of an apparatus. According to different signals and commands received, the controller will control the apparatus to make various settings which are the same as the designed contents of the prescription, thus enabling a user to carry out self-training anytime and anywhere in accordance with the designed prescription.
