    Abstract: A channel hiatus correction method for an HDMI device is provided. A recovery code from scrambled data of the stream is obtained. A liner feedback shift register (LFSR) value of channels of the HDMI port is obtained based on the recovery code and the scrambled data of the stream. The stream is de-scrambled according to the LFSR value of the channels of the HDMI port. Video data is displayed according to the de-scrambled stream.

    Abstract: A process for forming a composite intermetal dielectric, (IMD), layer, with reduced tensile stress, eliminating defects that can be induced by highly stressed, IMD layers, to underlying dielectric layers, and metal interconnect structures, has been developed. The process features the use of a capping, or overlying, silicon oxide component, obtained via PECVD procedures, using TEOS as a source, and using a set of power, and frequency conditions, resulting in a high compressive stress for the capping silicon oxide layer. The high compressive stress of the capping silicon oxide layer, balances the high tensile stress, inherent in an underlying silicon oxide component, of the composite IMD layer, eliminating stress related defects to underlying dielectric layers, and to underlying metal interconnect structures.

    Abstract: A luggage carrier comprises a fastening plate located at the junction of a primary tube and a secondary tube of each of two telescoping frames. The fastening plate is provided with a receiving space in communication with a primary tube fitting hole. The receiving space is provided centrally with a rotatable button pivoted thereto and provided respectively at both sides thereof with an arresting element having a locating rod dimensioned to fit into a through hole of a stopping piece. Each of two locating rods is fitted into a compression spring and is received in the through hole of the primary tube and the locating hole of the secondary tube. An actuating cord wound on the rotatable button is capable of causing the locating rod of the arresting element to disengage from the locating hole of the secondary tube, thereby enabling the secondary tube to be slid inside the primary tube.
