    Abstract: A sleeve labeling machine has a work platform, a feeding unit, a conveying unit, a sleeve labeling device and a hot drying device. The feeding unit holds objects to be sleeved with labels. The conveying unit conveys the objects provided by feeding unit. The sleeve labeling device has a first guiding wheel assembly, a second guiding wheel assembly and a rotary cutter assembly. The first guiding wheel assembly and the second guiding wheel assembly guide the label to a predetermined position, the rotary cutter assembly cuts the label at the predetermined position into a first segment label and a second segment label, and before the second segment label is sleeved to the objects, the second guiding wheel assembly guides the second segment label to move, so that the first and second segment labels have a segment gap therebetween. The hot drying device performs a hot drying shrinkage operation.

    Abstract: The present practical new design is to provide a guide feeding device for thermal-shrinking film mechanism that mainly is related to the feed wheels which are mounted on the upper, middle and lower peripherals of the central guide rod and all connected by the connecting rod. The transmission gears are driven by a motor to let another meshed transmission gear adverse transmitted correspondingly and to stably transport the shrinking film downwards. By the opposed reverse threads at both ends of an axial rod, each feed wheel is mounted on the corresponding reverse thread and an adjusting wheel is mounted on the other end of the axial rod. And it only needs to rotate the adjusting wheel and move the two mutual opposed feed wheels along the axial rod in or out correspondingly to adapt the central guide rods with different sizes. The adjustment is very convenient and fast, and is able to upgrade the producing efficiency and the product quality.

    Abstract: A horizontal type thermo-shrinking film labeling machine includes a tubular thermo-shrinking film dispensing wheel controlled to let off a thermo-shrinking film, a film delivery uni controlled to deliver the thermo-shrinking film forwards, a central guide shaft which guides the thermo-shrinking film in an opened status, a cutter unit controlled to cut the thermo-shrinking film being delivered from the central guide shaft, a packing wheel rotated to pick up the cut pieces of the thermo-shrinking film, permitting the cut pieces of the thermo-shrinking film to be sleeved onto products carried thereon individually, a feed unit controlled to feed products to respective receiving troughs on the packing wheel, a conveyer controlled to carry thermo-shrinking film packed products to a heating unit for heating, enabling each cut piece of the thermo-shrinking film to shrink and to be firmly secured to the periphery of the corresponding piece of product.
